Came here one night and told the young man at the counter my order, he said have a seat it wll be out soon. I waited for over 20 minutes, he never informed the cooks, then someone else who worked decided to put it through and told the cooks. I walked and left and took my business elsewhere.

Call in order, waited the 20 min, went to pick up order. when I got there they could not find the order , had to wait again. when I got home order was wrong. I call them to let them know. they hang up on me.i guess the girl was worry about going next door to get coffee more then the customer.

My order got messed up with Door Dash and I called to let them know. VI Pizza was extremely rude!!! And did nothing to help me out. Whoever answered the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional!!
