Always teenagers working, which is fine but they are not attentive or polite. Walked in and the pastries look old, the drinks all were close to empty, screens with the menu were off, and after waiting by the front counter for a few minutes I left bc nobody was there.

I could very well get hooked on this place.The young girl who greeted me was very pleasant and the environment was clean. She took her time to go over some of the items I inquired about on the menu. The food came out in a timely manner nice and hot. To top it off I got a piece of lemon cake that was so delicious. I definitely will be going back and do recommend that others check them out. I was a satisfied customer.
Parking: I had handicap parking, no problem at all.

Went there on Friday. No pastries. Said they were waiting on there order to arrive. Don't make them on premises?? Just like the big chain stores. Made up somewhere else days ahead. Can get the same from the corner gas station. Very disappointing.

My daughter and I tried the Owl House in Butner for the first time on Tuesday. The mushroom swiss burger was one of the best I've ever eaten! The homemade chips complimented the burger perfectly! The folks were super friendly and I will definitely be back!!!
My husband and I got some ice cream from here and it was so good! Tasted homemade. As soon as you walk in your greeted by friendly staff. It looked so nice and clean just well kept. Their customer service is amazing. We haven't tried their food yet but hopefully soon. I highly recommend it here you definitely won't regret it. Such a nice place in town to visit.

We got beverages and snacks to go from the Cafe. The food was delicious, and we got it pretty fast. Also, the young guy working by himself on the counter and also as a server was pleasant and quick on his feet with all the customers- Great Job! Deserves a raise!

Not once have we had a bad experience at either location. Food is always great and wonderful customer service. Whether it’s 2 weeks or 2 months, she always remembers what I want before I can even greet them. Best coffee around!
