Ordered and paid online. Got there and no sub made because they were out of white bread. No refund and was told it could be done in the app but it can’t. The owner of this location followed up to feedback online but never offered to refund a sub that was paid for. This is the WORST Subway experience out of all locations I have ever been to. Watched an associate on another occasion with jewelry on wrist touching food as the sub was made. Owners don’t care sadly and no one is trained properly to handle customer issues.

They didn’t toast the subs i ordered for my family and i yesterday afternoon… I put it in the instructions as well as for one of the subs to be cut into three’s. They hardly cut the sandwiches. Be aware and make sure that you check everything before you pull off…

The service at this location is the worst I have ever seen. My family walked in the other night to purchase something to eat needless to say we walked out after the employee was rude and hateful to all of us. I have never been treated this way before and will not return to this location ever again. We normally eat there several times a month because of late nights with sports at the high school.

How does this Subway even makeMoney? Drive through is non existent and the employees are usually high. I’ve smelled weed inside 3-4 times that’s why I try and utilize the drive through.
Food is Disgusting!! ALSO!! Please do your customers a favor and just close the drive thru...

Customer service is horrible, unless the girl Is working afternoons. They promote this new drive-through that’s been there forever that never works, Have people sitting at it, but do not post that the drive-through is not working or tell people that it’s not working through the window, Very inconvenient. When you mention to them, they should post to the drive-through is not working they proceeded to laugh, lmao.

I don’t understand why this Subway has a drive thru at all! The last three times I tried to use it they never answer, I watch for 15 minutes of people coming in out while I was still waiting. I got tired of waiting and went to pop my head in to ask if they were going to wait on me only to have the young woman to snap at me and say they were busy and they’d be with me but I went back to my car only for them to never take my order. I just decided to park and go inside to order rather have them continue to ignore me. The young people they have working at night have horrible attitudes and will argue with you. If I could give this place no stars I would. Get your restaurant together Subway in Creedmoor!
