I placed my order online. I paid $3 extra for double meat, got regular. I requested more lettuce, got none. Not one piece. Ordered more because the salads keep getting smaller at the same price. SO DISAPPOINTED. And no olives, not one. 😞

I got a Philly cheesesteak and had it toasted but the meat was still cold by the time I got back to my house which is only a three minute drive. I called to talk to them about it, but the lady on the phone was arguing about how they toast it on a setting but I’ve never gotten a Philly cheesesteak that was still cold to the touch after being toast. Probably won’t go back to this location again.

I visited this Subway I specifically asked for grain bread they sold me wheat the wheat bread is so tough and hard to chew I suggest Subway considers having more variety because some of us do in fact care about what we eat.

Amazing service earlier today! Two young gentleman helped me with my complicated order. They were very patient and were a joy to be around. The employee with colorful hair brought so much joy to my day. The sandwich was a 10/10. These boys deserve a raise! Will definitely be coming back soon!

Ordered and paid online. Got there and no sub made because they were out of white bread. No refund and was told it could be done in the app but it can’t. The owner of this location followed up to feedback online but never offered to refund a sub that was paid for. This is the WORST Subway experience out of all locations I have ever been to. Watched an associate on another occasion with jewelry on wrist touching food as the sub was made. Owners don’t care sadly and no one is trained properly to handle customer issues.

Ordered online. BIG MISTAKE!

They didn’t toast the subs i ordered for my family and i yesterday afternoon… I put it in the instructions as well as for one of the subs to be cut into three’s. They hardly cut the sandwiches. Be aware and make sure that you check everything before you pull off…

Never coming back here for a sub. So disappointed!

Rude worker who had attitude. Her bracelet was constantly touching the sub that was being made. Ingredients did not look fresh. Go to another location!

The service at this location is the worst I have ever seen. My family walked in the other night to purchase something to eat needless to say we walked out after the employee was rude and hateful to all of us. I have never been treated this way before and will not return to this location ever again. We normally eat there several times a month because of late nights with sports at the high school.
