Worst experience I have ever had in a McDonald's, facing a really hard day near this one by a county courthouse and stopped in to get a quick bite since it's right near by. I have one injured hand that's in a very large black brace. First I had to explain how to give change to the guy working the counter then when I had finished putting my change away he handed me an empty cup and I said what am I supposed to do with this and he said it's to the left and then pointed to my right. There was no visible signage and nothing clearly seen this is a McDonald's in a gas station and you could not see anywhere to get the drinks it is hidden in a corner basically. Not to mention when I finally found it it required the use of two hands to get ice. I pointed this out to one of the people up front and the lady apologized but told me that's just how they do it at the kiosk. I'm sorry but that's just basic customer service to note and injured person and offer to help, they had a full sweet tea container right behind them, I watched them fill it for people at the drive-thru. I didn't even know this McDonald's had a drive-thru frankly because like I said it's in a gas station. But they do have the option to pour your drinks for you. I used to work at a McDonald's nearby and this is by far not Standard customer service period I'm also a chef and have worked at many many restaurants both fast food casual fine dining and otherwise. Now I see why McDonald's everywhere are losing money because if this is the quality of employees they are hiring then they need a new strategy. Also the biscuit was undone and the sandwich was not put together correctly so if the bad customer service wasn't enough their food isn't even worth it. The sweet tea was okay and that's about all I can say but sweet tea is sweet tea I'd really have said something if the tea was bad. I have a picture I will post later but there was also something brown and unidentifiable in my biscuit and my biscuit was egg and cheese with extra cheese there was no meat in it supposedly

Half gas station. Half McDonald’s. Interesting combination. Super convenient. Food was hot, and came out quick. Super sweet young lady in the drive thru with brown hair and glasses helped us. Will be returning soon!

This place should not be called McDonald’s….not even half of a real menu….they close whenever they choose….wont take orders at register, tell you if you want to order…go through the drive thru to get served….people working here are also hit and miss when courtesy comes into play….drive a little further to Grandy, McDonald’s is alive and well there. Who ever owns this place obviously doesn’t want to know and or fix the issues this place has.

At 3pm crispy chicken not fresh (dry and tough) also kiosk didn’t offer quarter pounder items (were they out of patties? Also didn’t offer shakes.

So here's the thing, this McDonald's is in a gas station. The food was average, and the service was wonderful, but the place looked trashy. Definitely avoid using the bathrooms here if you can. The only reason it's 2 stars for me is because the employee was really sweet and cheerful and our food was piping hot. However, I do not plan on ever returning to this location.

i have lived here my whole life and this mcdoanlds has just gone downhill constantly. i got a cheeseburger and went home and the OUTSIDE of the bun was burnt! all you do it put it through a toaster not hard at all. and then the girl at the window was basically telling me i was being ridiculous for wanting another burger. the staff they have in here right now is the worst for as long as i can remember! i mean all you do is throw a cheeseburger together your job is not hard! and everyone has the worst attitude. everytime i eat here something is wrong with my food! seriously hate this place
