I paid extra for cheese on my sandwich...there was no cheese on it also the food was cold and fries were hard! I hate to leave a bad review but in my opinion the food should be more fresh and the workers should pay more attention to what has been ordered.

The Manager sometimes has the time to show appreciation to the customer and he may not even know it. Hey Manager, I felt like I was a customer who was treated like a friend. Slidders, two ham and one roast beef.. your store is now a regular stop.

Food was OK what Nox exactly what we ordered Sitting in line almost an hour that’s crazy. I thought this was fast food. The food cost $44 , Our food was cold because it sat there our Jamacha was almost melted ordered jalapeño bites didn’t give us any sauce to go with it and whoever waited on us was very rude. Will not be eating there again.
If you’re going to charge me to add tomato to my sandwiches can you at least make sure that I actually get my tomato on at least one of my sandwiches maybe???

No roast beef, no lids, no lettuce, cold food, after ordering and the food was brought out, we didn't get our curly fries, instead had crinkle cut. When we told him, he shrugged and walked off.
