I've had tons of bojangles biscuits but the first time here today. This was the best made and cooked biscuit I've ever had at a bojangles! Drive thru was pumping orders out fast.

There is nothing wrong with the food at the location. The service is lacking at this location. Had to wait about 15 mins for my food. The next five orders got their food before me, and one of those orders had 6 or 7 buiscuits. Only got my order after the line worker asked if they still needed my order. Will not be back at this location.

Placed order online sat for over 30 minutes should have just went through drive thru. Service is very slow that's was the purpose of ordering ahead. Very slow service when placing order online.

The food was on point! The service was absolutely amazing, came here after a baseball game and a couple of the employees could relate to me, super friendly. The atmosphere was great, very clean and inviting, highly recommend coming to this Bojangles!!!

If I could give a lower rating I would. Gave me the wrong order then when I went back and got my the correct one (3pc chicken supreme) they only gave me one tender
Ordered a chicken and rice bowl and I received what looks like throw up. Chicken is burnt. What happened to taking pride in your food/work.
Edit: spoke to a manager and was told the only thing they could do it to come back at another time to have them remake it. I don't want anything remade for me from this establishment. Absolutely appalled!!

This location is a gamble on whether you get good/fresh food (various times of the day) or old food & hock pucks for biscuits. Really disappointed as of lately (Feb 2025). The biscuits could be used as bricks. I used to enjoy this place for breakfast especially, but just not worth it lately. Do better.

Ordered three meals needed three straws. Asked for straws was told they’re on the bag politely informed the girl there was no straws was told well they’re in the bag I’m not giving you any more. I spent $22 to suck a drink out a top after they flat out refused to give me a straw. I don’t understand why I can’t have a straw

Stopped on Feb 4th at 7:30 pm. Waited in line for 13 mins to only be told they had breast and wings and it would take 20 to 30 mins. Management needs to look into this.

Save your money and go somewhere else, this location is just a complete disappointment. They never get it right. Last time the Mac n cheese was noodle soup and forgot the biscuit. This time the biscuit is hard as a rock, fries are inedible due to the amount of seasoning and the supremes are just cold and dry.
