Newly renovated which is great but when I pulled in they informed me the broiler was broken and had a limited selection. Disappointed. I ended up going to the mcds across the street. Will definitely go back and give it another try though

Ever since the remodeling happened they were giving hot fresh food. But as of lately they had started microwaving food and reheating food in the fryer. My bag was sooooo greasy when they brought it to me, I mean dripping grease. I refused the bag an asked for a refund they denied me I went inside an the Mgr inside denied me also I asked for the corporate numb they said they dnt have 1. So I looked it up an called in front of them an Mgr got scared called another woman and asked how to do a refund. An offered me my money bac an free food. I refused the food but did get my money bac an I left haven't been bac since. U can tell the food was microwaved cus they over cooked it to the point it was hard on the corners of my sandwich. Someone need to look into that. 2 me that's laziness an nasty! I won't b bac. I'll drive an additional 15 mins away before I stop there again!

If I’m going to spend $30 at a place, I expect the meat to be intact and the sandwich not to be sloppy we made it was good when it first opened not so much now

Pulled up I was the only one in line. Ordered my food pulled up to the window They took my money and asked me to pull around and wait on my food at the double doors, is this the help our times look better? Probably won’t be back.

New building calls for new workers!!! These were the worst fast food workers I’ve ever encountered in my life. I think guy at the front must have had little man syndrome; being a punk to every customer. Other workers were slow, didn’t talk, and acted like they didn’t want to cook or serve a thing. But hey, what’s the most you can expect from full time Burger King workers? Food wasn’t warm either. Won’t be back to ANY Burger King. EVER.

I went through the drive thru at the Dallas NC location and ordered a Large # 4 meal which is a Bacon King meal but when I got home I had a plain Whopper meal with cold stale fries. I tried to call the restaurant for an hour but couldn’t get answer. When someone pays $14 for a meal they expect to get the correct HOT meal!!

They might have a new fancy building but they sure ain't got no fancy paced employees. Been sitting perfectly still in this drive thru for a solid 25 minutes. Not to mention the 1 car at the window when I got here had to pull around the side to the doors to get their food. Do better burger King.
