Burger was cold and tasted like it had been setting in water. Onion rings where cold broken into small pieces and was only batter no onions in them. I have tried the one in Lincolnton and had the same thing happen. Definitely didn't taste like it used to do they even flame broil anymore or are the burgers boiled. Will not be eating BK anymore.

Me and my boyfriend went in on our 30 minute lunch break - there were three ladies (one blonde and two black haired) standing around talking after about 5 mins they finally took my order but when it was my boyfriends turn to order the lady just looked at him said "okay" and then walked away - after standing there for about 10 mins he finally gave up and we decided to share my food - no sooner did he walk away another customer came up to order and she took their order right away ?? even with limited places to eat in dallas we do not plan on coming back to this Burger King location

Went in the day with my grandmother. The lady had came and checked on us at the table shortly after we recieved our food. Along with checking on the lady at the next table. The front man had informed me about the million dollar whopper contest. Of course I did my three. Enjoyed it all the way. So much so we ordered again. I recommend the day shift all the way. Very pleasant, polite, wonderful environment! Am definently comming here again !

? ? OKAY ? WELL ? I am a little confused and surprised. I have left bad reviews for Burger Kings all over the country because I honestly think they all suck. The burgers are always cold, the drive-through moves at a snails pace, and usually, the people taking your order are rude or just downright cold. So I usually don't stop at Burger Kings anymore, but I was in a bind and running short on time so I was like I know I'm going to regret this but I pulled in anyway, and I told myself after this trip to Burger King I will never stop at another Burger King again, So right off a very pleasant voice comes over the speaker to take my order, and to my surprise she is very patient and kind, and as I pull up to the first window I am greeted by the same voice and a smile, and her name was Ro, very friendly and prompt, she knows her business and does it very well. I pull to the 2nd window and again Ro is there and brings me order and kindly thanks me for my business and sends me on my way with, get this, 2 very hot double cheese burgers with no mayo, just like I ordered. WOW !! WOW !! That's all I ask from you, Burger King. That's all I ask. That one visit to Burger King in Dallas, NC. with a very kind soul named Ro, I have restored my hope for the future of Burger King. So for that, I say thank-you Ro ! You are AWSOME! Keep being you, and keep doing what you do. And for you, Burger King, please hire people like Ro and make sure your food is hot if you want long-time customers. I will definitely be returning to this Burger King. For Ro and her service, I give her 5 stars, no no no no, you know what, I double the 5 stars and she is a perfect 10. But as far as Burger King goes I rarely give a fast food restaurant a grade higher than a 3 for there food, it's just what it is, you are not a 5 star restaurant and people already know this going in. Staff ignored me in favor of drive thru lane. Unfortunately, I ordered to go. Sandwich was luke warm leaning toward cold , but fries were hot. I ended up throwing out the sandwich after 2 bites.
