I watched a black American lady get cursed out by a female staff and a chubby guy two Domino’s workers last night where he clapped his hands in her face, then threw his hands up and pushed her I was angry I grabbed my girls and left the lady called the police 👮 it’s disgusting and unprofessional it was racial profanities yelled at the lady shame on Dominos in Dallas, NC I am glad that woman called the police I stuck around to make sure he did not put his hands on her any more while I watched from my vehicle ! Dominos should not have any one like that representing their company like that I friends from every race it was down right disgusting how that woman was treated ! Hands on people should not be tolerated as a customer !

I ordered a 10 inch thin Italian sausage pizza and I got a thin plain cheese pizza, when I call the restaurant the manager said the online order was cheese. Then when I was going to order another pizza, the manager hung up on me. Pitiful customer service.
My pie was topped very well, the sandwiches be slack on the meat most times. They're good jus lacking.

I ordered a small thin pepperoni and large pepperoni. The small was burnt so bad it wasn't edible. The large was close to it. The manager acted like he could care less that they ruined our dinner.

This store “most” of the time has great service from a timing pov. Using the app to order is very easy. However calling the store with an issue is a different story. I placed an order at 6:35pm. Per the app the pizza was out of the oven at 6:50pm and showed it would be delivered by 7:10pm. At 7:25 I called to check and the manager side it would be the next out the door. I called back at 7:30 and was told the pizza had still not left the store. I was told again it would be the next out the door. I asked since the pizza had been sitting for 40 mins if I could get a fresh pizza made. The manger who was already being short and rude said if I make a new pizza it’s gonna be another hr to hr 1/2. I was tired of trying by then and asked him to cancel the order. He then said “fine by me” then hung up.l called the store manager the next day and told him what had happened. His response was “what do you want me to do about it”. Needless to say it will be a long time before I order from this store. I believe in giving people a second chance but it’s gonna be a while.
