Ordered the ultimate combo. I was informed that they were out of hashrowns and potato wedges. They charged me an upcharge to add another side. This should be a courtesy when you are out of a product. The food is usually hot and fresh.

I went there and they told me that they didn't have any of the sodas that I wanted. They are too lazy to go in the back and change them. Horrible service. I drove off and didn't pay for my order.

I had a great experience here a couple of weeks ago. It’s funny to say I’ve had a great experience eating at a fast food joint, but that is the sad state of things. Almost everywhere, Customer service has taken a dive, but this place has excellent service. The food was good. The place was clean. Not much else to say.
I hope the owner recognizes good employees and compensates them well to keep them.

Drive thru 11pm. Only decent place at this exit in my opinion. The curly fries and reg fries were room temp and stale. The jumbo jack with cheese was blah. I should have worried when it was done and handed to us in seconds of pulling up to window. It's to be expected I guess. I'll try again during meal time hours.
