I went to KFC and I noticed the drive thru was busy so I went in the restaurant I waited for 30 min for the manager to tell me they had not started cooking my food. I could have cook my own food in 30 minutes I ask for a refund which now will take 5-7 days to get my money what in the world bad service is an under statement

I waited in line for about 15 minutes, only to be told when I reached the speaker that they were out of chicken tenders. I adjusted my order to what was available, but when I got to the window, I was then told they were also out of French fries and asked if wedges were acceptable. I agreed.
A couple of minutes later, the manager returned to say they were also out of crispy-style chicken and asked if I would take original instead, or wait another 5+ minutes. Frustrated but still cooperative, I agreed. Then I was told I needed to pull forward because their fryer was “slowly warming up” and they didn’t even have nuggets for the kids’ meal. At that point, I pushed back — if my order had already been revised multiple times, why would I still need to wait? And if I had to wait anyway, why wasn’t I just given my original order?
The situation became worse when the manager shut the window and started speaking negatively about me to another employee. I called her attention to it and told her that was unprofessional, and requested a refund. Don’t take out your frustration on a customer when you’re the manager of a chicken restaurant that somehow has no chicken.

Potato wedges are not the original they are small no seasoned breading like the ones of old days (what a disappointment & misleading) Had not ate KFC in 6 years and will not eat it ever again!!
After waiting 30 minutes just to be told no extra crispy chicken got reg instead was disgusting dry the wing was the size of a nugget and the breast was the size of a thigh and the leg was the size of a boneless leg ughhh

Ordered through door dash. All the fried foods (chicken, fries) were dark brown and had a bitter taste. I think they were burnt or fried with old oil. It made the taste unbearable and we couldn’t eat the food. Ended up ordering from Bojangles instead.
Edit: a few minutes after leaving this review, I tasted my drink. It was flat. Icing on the cake I guess lol

I only give food a 1 because..there was no seasoning..the chicken and strips were plain..they forgot the herbs and spices 😂 im glad i only ordered small..if i would of gotten the family meal i would of been highly up ser because its a lot to pay for no flavor chicken..but the service was really good 😊

Went inside because drive-thru was slow, only to end up being overcharged after I repeated my several times and had it repeated back to me. It literally took10 minutes for the cashier to get my order. Then told dark meat chicken would take 16 minutes to cook, unacceptable. Requested a refund and left only to see that I was refunded LESS than I had spent. I then had to return to get the rest of my money. I will NEVER go back to this KFC again because clearly they don’t value your time or money

The livers were burned so hard could not eat them spend 40.00 I’m homebound amputee been 6 yrs since I got some you are losing your customers by giving these out would have got something else if you had said they overcooked them I have no way to come back tonight I’m on social security that a big part of my check for nothing Lynda raby

Waited 10 Minutes and No one acknowledged we were there. Girl walking around slamming things. If your busy that's fine which she was, but speak and acknowledge your customers!!!
I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes, and no one even tried to take my order.
I guess if you don't want the business, you should shut it down, as making customers mad is not the goal. I am sure of the people who own this business.

Staff is rude at best. Speed of service is sufficient. Not the cleanest of places but not horrible.
I tried calling numerous times to discuss my online order. Thinking they might be super busy since not answering call. I get there & it's dead silent with no customers at all. I walk up to counter & a lady was doing trashes & another was sitting on break. I kept waiting & asked lady on break if anyone is working which she replied the lady doing the trash is the one taking orders. We'll she completely ignored a customer & kept doing her thing!! Very upset from this encounter tonight!
