Order DoorDash they don’t pack my order correctly. I called the manager to ask them to start packing the orders correctly because this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up the order she tells me just to call DoorDash so no ownership or accountability is taken by her first shift.at this McDonald
Came for a burger, got a cold meal, and a colder attitude. Staff acted like we were interrupting their day, rushed our order like it was a race, and refused to ake our rewards code like it was a secret password. 0 stars for hospitality, but 10/10 if you're into lukewarm disappointment.
Store was dirty, dirty floors, dirty tables, dirty seats. Bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. Overall bad service.
Just came in drive thru . Eating tm food and crunched on something hard . Someone’s already eaten sunflower seeds ended up in my mouth 🤮🤮 so disgusting. Hope they dont have aids or anything that can be spread thru salvia. Saliva can transmit certain viruses and bacteria, including the herpes simplex virus, Epstein-Barr virus (which causes mononucleosis), some strains of norovirus, and some forms of oral HPV. It can also play a role in the transmission of diseases like mononucleosis and potentially Ebola virus. Here's a more detailed look: Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV): This virus is a common cause of cold sores and can be transmitted through kissing or direct contact with saliva. Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV): This virus causes mononucleosis, also known as the "kissing disease," and can be spread through saliva. Norovirus: {researchers from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) have discovered that norovirus, a common cause of stomach flu, can also spread through saliva}. Human Papillomavirus (HPV): Some HPV strains can cause oral cancers and can be transmitted through oral contact or infected saliva. Other Viruses: Saliva has also been implicated in the transmission of other viruses like hepatitis B, hepatitis C, cytomegalovirus, and potentially Ebola virus. Bacteria: research also shows that some bacteria, such as those associated with periodontal disease, can be transmitted through saliva.
Clean awsome services and staff very friendly
11:30 no one in one but me and the people in front of me and we both have to pull up and wait for our food to be brought out. We just trying to keep time down?
This store is hopeless. There’s always something missing from my order. Usually also no napkins, no cutlery on big breakfast. No syrup for hotcakes. No nugget sauce. I think they are understaffed . The drive thru line is ridiculous.
They must have switched managers or gotten new workers because they are doing much better than they used to. They actually move pretty quick and they are a lot more friendly!!
My chicken biscuit tasted & felt like rubber. This place is absolutely terrible and it’s not a secret. If you eat here, you’re either desperate, not from here or lost & confused.
Valley plus about this location with the lady at the first window that evening. I have to wait 20 minutes to get it and it has hardly any caramel

It was hot good and quick.
Ordered online for drive thru pickup. Arrived two cars back from the order window. 20 minutes later with 11 cars behind me and 9 in the other line, I ordered. 12 minutes later I got my food.
Staff were amazing. The lady at the first window took my order at 5 15pm and was super sweet and polite and the gentleman that handed me my food was also very kind. Made my really horrible week turn right around. And the icecream machine was working! Thanks guys for doing an amazing job!!
