The front desk girl named Stephanie was loud and rude! Constantly yelling rude and inappropriate things at the waitresses and even overheard a male server ask her about a confrontation she started with guests at his table. She was sent to the back and we could still hear her yelling and being obnoxious towards the kitchen staff as well! We love the food here and everyone else was very nice and polite but having to listen to her treat her coworkers with disrespect and tear down their self confidence was enraging! I have worked in the restaurant business my whole life and there always seems to be one weed in flower bed! It’s sickening to have to work with degrading individuals like her and I feel very sympathetic for the staff who deal with this nonsense on a daily basis!

I ordered for the first time a week ago. It was raining and decided to order chicken soup with extra cheese & avocado & nachos for my husband. Well I get there & they put my soup in a regular drink cup with a lid & a small piece of foil over it! I looked at it & was in such a rush didn’t think to ask them to at least put the cup in a plastic bag so should it spill it will spill in the bag! Guess what driving back to work with the cup in my cup holder, sure enough it spilled!!!!! I got hot chicken soup all over my thigh!I called the restaurant but supervisor was busy and couldn’t help me but the manager would be in at 3pm. I called back twice after 3 but no answer!Now please know I didn’t call to get something free!!! I called to warn them that they should get actual soup containers because if this happens to somebody else, I doubt they will just write a review!!!After I went home & showered & changed I tried whatever was actually left of the “soup” & it didn’t taste bad, but no extra cheese & definitely no avocado! The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth!

Got off work early today and called my husband to call in our order and I was going to pick it up leaving from the school so he calls me with the call merge and said that he’s been on hold for 10mins I’m in route with him on the phone I pulls in with him still on the phone and I purposely asked them what was their number none of them knew so she say google it then in the process she goes and gets her phone and have the number it was the same number my husband called so I told her that now by this time my husband has been on hold for 20 mins she says points at the phone and says no one is on that phone mind you I’m still hearing them from my end so she says where’s the other phone she goes to the kitchen and gets the other phone and all of a sudden it hangs up which she did it and says no one's on the phone I guess not you hung up and Lied about it for what she say oh yes I’m sorry about that no you going to lie instead for what for what and we both know you hung the phone up with him still on there
The sizzling fajita salad is absolutely amazing! Big enough for 2, but I want it all to myself! The servers are great and the food is great! Highly recommend! Thank you Stephanie!
