Always a great experience at Penn Station! The subs are made fresh to order, and the bread is perfectly toasted every time. Their fries are some of the best I’ve had hot, crispy, and just the right amount of salt. The staff is friendly, fast, and keeps the place clean and welcoming. Whether I’m grabbing lunch or dinner, they always deliver on quality and service. Highly recommend if you’re craving a solid, satisfying sub!
1st time eating here and the food was great..the fries taste like the ones at Thrashers ocean city MD..great sandwich and bread is fresh and soft!! WELL DONE!
Wow where to start. The menu is amazing and laid out nicely so that you know what you're getting or you choose to do the Make Your Own. The Chicken Parm with option to do sautéed onion or mushroom is by far my favorite. Price is great too. Ta'kiya has great fast service. I'll definitely be coming back more often!
Gage really outdid himself!! He was like a one man show! Excellent job and service! That fellow needs a raise!
When I am hungry for something hot but not over filling. I will grab the snack or small sub and they are delicious. Placing an online order is easy and simple but it doesn’t always come out right. When you are in person 100% right every time. Great place to go for a quick bite.
Food is always good.... until you are faced with staff that don't care... and soak your sandwich in mayo or forget to cut in half. The service is so so. I have tried calling ahead and actually ended up driving there before anyone came back to the phone to take my order. The store is usually clean but the prep area is a mess. Its sad really, to see the employees bring a business down, it is happening more so then not. The real kicker is $25-30 for 2 sandwich's!!!! That's no drink or chips, just the sandwich's only. I now we are in the middle of inflation but I felt like I need to get a payment plan to pay for dinner. This will be a once in awhile splurge meal.

Good service
Honestly was a surprise to my step-father and I. He had always enjoyed the cheesesteak at this chain but this was unexpected. Visiting out of town, we stopped here to see what they got going on. Loved. It. Even joked about using this restaurant as a valid excuse to drive to this town!
As someone who grew up in PA, this hit the spot just right. Highly recommend! Delicious!

Fantastic Subs and Friendly Service!
I recently visited Penn Station East Coast Subs in Dallas, NC, and had an amazing experience. The subs were absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients and perfectly grilled. I tried the classic Italian sub, and it was packed with flavor. The fresh-cut fries were crispy and tasty, and the hand-squeezed lemonade was a refreshing treat.
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made sure my order was just right and even recommended some great options. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a quick and satisfying meal. I highly recommend Penn Station Subs for anyone looking for a great sub sandwich in Dallas!

First time ordering from Penn Station… I kept hearing how great the subs were so on my way home I decided to try one. I ordered the regular, on white, toasted turkey bacon ranch. Service was great & the restaurant was clean. When I got home and ate the sandwich, first thing I noticed, for an $11 sub, it was quite “skimpy” and second was the blan flavor. Honestly, Subway offers a similar tasting sub with more toppings. In this economy I understand its price but this sub should be a $5 sandwich.

Our food was very good and the girl that took our order was personable and nice. That's more than I can say for most places these days where the person behind the counter just looks at you and says nothing and then gives you a subpar thrown together sandwich with hardly any meat or toppings. The grilled Italian sub was great and the fries were hot and fresh with the perfect amount of salt.
I really don't understand the negative reviews. People seem to leave negative reviews for any reason now, no matter how small. This is why so many good places close and all we are left with is a bunch of McDonald's and other mediocre fast food restaurants.

Super expensive for subs, but not good? All the food was the cheapest fast food version of everything but they charged top dollar? Every sandwich was bland or straight up bad. Fries were good, employees were nice. I'm never going back and neither should you.
