We were turned away because we were trying to bring food in for my special needs child who only can eat certain items. I was told it didn’t matter that she was special needs and there are no exceptions. We have never been told that at the Belmont location. Very disappointed.

Food is always great and the staff is fantastic at the Dallas location. One complaint that I do have, the Dallas location has been out of Diet Coke for 3 days now.

I don't know if they were just having a bad night or if everyone was at the newer locations, but my food was only okay tonight. Usually they are top notch. It was dead and no one else was there but my wife and I, so I don't know what happened.
Ok. So Jayna is trying to pick up dinner at the Gastonia Pita am Wheel. She placed an online order and it charged her. Apparently their online orders is down and made her pay again, for food that is not ready. If your online ordering is not working, why not shut it off? Or honor when people can show that they were infact already paid. On top of which, now you have people trying to get home having to wait around while you prepare what was supposedly ordered and PAID FOR. This is the worst kind of customer service. If you know your ordering system is down. Turn it off!

I don't know why people are consistently giving this place such high reviews but it feels tired inside, the food was expensive for what I got, and the portion of meat inside the pita sandwich i got was anorexic.
