Waited 40 minutes for 2 drinks. Asked for a refund.
Drink was absolutely disgusting, they took forever to make it, and the baristas were completely unprofessional.
They aren't ding good in their community service skills they were taught for sure!
Can't make a drink correctly and are so rude.

Hardest worker here is Damaris she’s so lovely and nice and PROFESSIONAL but the location and service totally sucks. I feel bad for her. Seems like Ingles sacrificed quality for quantity. Damaris! Good luck in your baristas career. Ps. Don’t work so hard !
Worst service. I stood and listened while a friend of the cashier complained about missing the Greek festival. I finally got to the cashier and she just looked at me strangely. I asked if she was ready. Then I started to place an order for a coffee when she started talking to another employee. I decided that a 5-7$ coffee ought to be sold with some customer service.
Terrible place. I just drove somewhere they wanted my business.

This location charges more for extra pumps than any other starbucks location. They tried to charge me almost $14 for the exact same thing i always get, down to the pump, that costs me $7 for a large frap at any other location. If you want your coffee the way you enjoy it, do NOT go here!

I went to Ingles this day but when I used to get Starbucks from This specific location it was terrible!! And very slow!! I waited almost an hour for one espresso cold coffee!! Other people were waiting as well!! And there has been times the line was out the door!! I quit ordering from Starbucks due the wait times and how they treat their customers at this location is uncalled for!!
Parking: I mean just because I didn't like what I experienced doesn't mean it's a bad place to get your coffee...

This Starbucks never misses! It’s always a pleasure to see Ashley there. Her and the team are the nicest people, and they make the perfect drinks. Ashley is great at taking your favorite tastes and personalizing something delicious if you don’t even know what you want!! Coffee is art at this location. This is my favorite Starbucks to sip at.

Starbucks is always a good idea. Stopped by ingles to grab breakfast. Even when it’s sometimes hard to find stores with ham & cheese croissants, this one did have them available and so my husband and I grabbed one each plus an egg bite for me. The lady at the counter forgot to ask my name so I didn’t know my egg bites were ready until I reached the counter again and asked for it. Either way it was delicious!
