At 3 or 4 pm with the boys, no better place to be to enjoy time together and good conversation with easy and quick service and good food, Waffle House is a staple, this location has excellent and quick service!

We eat at this location several times and it has always been a pleasant experience. This location is very clean and the staff is always friendly, quick with our order, and always checking in to see if we need refills or anything else. Tonight we went in right at shift change, yet they didn’t miss a beat and served us very quickly. We always love chatting with Laura, Alicia and Cassie - they are the best! I wish we had their level of professionalism at every restaurant we go to.

Visiting from CA and had to try this staple of the south. Ordered the hash brown bacon bowl and it was delicious, especially for the price. $4 - 13 for a meal is unheard of in San Francisco. You really do feel like you’re in the south with the hospitality provided and the regional accents

Just picked up a online order and brought it home. First off is they screwed me out of the side of county ham which they are very proud of because of it price. Then instead of the triple hash browns they decided i should only have a single order but still charged for the triple. I would suggest going somewhere else for takeout. its a 15 mile drive back so i guess Yall got me this time but never again.

It is the waffle house experience. It all depends on cook and waitress. Only place open at 3 and 4 am. This WH is one near me and I have insomnia. Wait staff is good, actually get coffee refills, and tea refills while they do their cleaning. The ongoing joke is the unsweetened tea comes from the mop bucket.. they are personable and know their job. The cook here at 3am knows his job.

My weekly stop - Laura and the team are always welcoming and sweet!!! My daughter & I have known Laura over 8 years from the Waffle House on Franklin & when I saw her at the Dallas location I knew my service would be top tier!!!

Waitress i had did her job fine, but it happens i had to sit at bar and was able to see wat other waitresses was doing, she was touching her hair, and when she came around to pick up a waffle for a customer, she touched it with her bare hands to see if it was warm, she did that twice.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Originally planned on paying with a cash tip as always. No greeting at the door I was asked did I place an online order? I said yes the employee pointed to the counter and said get it. There is a no greeting at the door I was asked did I place an online order? It was clean. The staff were very nice and working together. They had a little system going! Our waitress was super sweet and helpful. There were lots of families, couples, friends in the restaurant, it was really nice. And the food was amazing!

my wife and myself visited this morning and was very unsatisfied. There were literally 8 people working behind the counter and tripping over each other while simple orders took well over 30 minutes and after we finally got our food the food was on the burned side and cold. There should be half this many people running the shift. in defense of our server she kept our coffee full and a great attitude when she wasn't tripping over the other 7 people behind the counter.
