My husband, grandson and father came in after church today. There was a purple haired lady who was supposed to wait on our table. Laura Bell. She doesn’t wear a name tag. Likely because of her bad attitude. We were met with friendly attitudes of the table will be ready soon. My 73 old father sat at our table. She commented rudely that she told him not to sit down yet because it’s too hard to clean the table so she did not clean the table. Christy waited on us and did an amazing job. I’m local and have been here 100’s of times through the years with no issues. Laura Bell is an issue. I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of her and her attitude. Sad to see this place go downhill.

Stopped in for breakfast on our way home. Had great service and as always good food.
I’ve been to many, many waffle houses in my lifetime and this service my family and I experienced tonight 3/1/24 at 8:30pm was the absolute BEST. Not just the manager but the entire staff and their attitude and the service was amazing. They CARED. They SMILED. They CHECKED on us AND our food was perfect!! 10/10!! We WILL be back!! Thank you so much!!

This place is so ghetto and ratchet. The cooks did not wear hair nets. One cook in particular with dreadlocks hanging everywhere. The other cook came in with sunglasses on and the manager had to tell him to take them off and then he looked high when he did take them off. When I say look high meaning his eyes were barely open. It's very dirty and I saw the manager stick her bare hand into the steel tub of meat in the refrigerator granted she's a new manager but she should know better. They were touching everything and then touching the food no changing of gloves.

We had the best service here. The food came out quick, everyone was friendly and I spoke with the manager, her name is Tracy and I told her this was the best service we ever got here and she informed me she only been with the company for 1 week. She is awesome yall need more people like her. Definitely will be coming back more often now.

In spite of the fact that this place automatically charges a 10% ‘service charge’ and a 10% ‘to go fee,’ for all of their to go orders, I also added a nice tip, yet I guess it wasn’t enough extra money, as I did not get any utensils, napkins, or condiments… but hey, who needs mayonnaise on a chicken sandwich so juicy with grease, its soggy toast is literally dripping wet anyways? I wonder if the goons employed at this joint, had the ‘bright insight,’ to NOT add the bacon I paid extra for to anything other than my bill, as they assumed the extra grease would’ve caused what they call toast too completely dissipate? I just threw the nasty mess away! So ridiculous! SMH!
