Well after the long long wait if Bojangles being closed for a remodel an everything was new then maybe better quality food. But unfortunately seems to be back to the same old ways not checking the quality of food before wrapping it to be bagged for the customer who was hubby an me ...I got the 2 for $5 sausage Egg biscuit and 1 egg&cheese biscuit medium fry.
I asked for borounds said it be a five min wait but was told fresh fries so I went with it hoping not to wait to long being I was the only car to be helped...Got to the window to pay you g lady just said price took my card an that was it. I spoke up an tried to chat a second with the girl but she didn't wanna speak so then she does speak up an tells me to pull into space one while I wait for my food to be made fresh...ok then why can't i get the bo rounds if I'm waiting for fresh food?? Didn't like that at all.
Secondly I had to wait even longer than five mins that would of been the borounds ... young girl finally comes with the food drive out to me then I go straight to the house husband unwraps his sausage Egg biscuit an something is all over it that shouldn't be on it ....he was so disappointed ☹️ as I was when I unwrapped mine an it was a egg that was bigger greaser than the biscuit and more cheese on the wrapper than the biscuit...so disappointed today.
The sausage Egg biscuit looked like strawberry jelly was dropped onto it, but jelly comes sealed in individual packets..hubby said looked like old grease from the flat top but I'm like oh no definitely couldn't be if they just recently opened an have all new appliances and utensils well I would hope so
When there was no line an told fresh food that's what I expect not to be unsatisfied an annoyed all over again like it was before. Bojangles please learn that if your not gonna eat it then don't serve it to the customer..your a restaurant that needs to follow standards better than at your house standards...you loose business that way so let's be professional employees
Disappointed for our first visit back to our home town Bojangles that just had a major overhaul an remodel...
Hopefully if an when I go back it'll be better next time

I would eat here a whole lot more often if they offered Dr Pepper to drink and brown gravy like the Randleman and Asheboro locations do.

Food is rarely cooked properly, employees get the order wrong often, inside is usually dirty.

If you get the club they always leave off the bacon tomato cheese
And on combos, they don't give you the biscuit anymore several times I've been through the drive through and don't get a biscuit with my supreme's or bobites anymore. I don't know why they quit doing that. All the other Bojangles around still Give you the biscuit ,only in denton North Carolina they will not give you the biscuit. With supreme meals or bobites, but why?

The kitchen is disgusting. People are good and apparently on the right day you'll probably find a glove fragment in your biscuit.

Good food best breakfast food is the sausage egg and cheese biscuit or the biscuit and gravy, then in the afternoon the best is the chicken tenders best I’ve ever had btw. I also like there chicken bites also ranch OMG ITS THE BEST bo rounds are good could do better fries are good but try not to season them to much the biscuits are burnt sometimes. Great people and one of the best atmosphere for a restaurant BUT the men’s restroom is not clean AT ALL but over all it’s a good place to eat.

Every time I go up there to order I never get my whole meal I just left from there and they didn't give me my bo rounds nor straws last time I went my gravy biscuit was Cold come on now yall got to do better this is gettinh ridiculous

We have not been treated better anywhere else at Bojangles. The service was magnificent by the manager Kim. We had to wait for our order to be ready, which was huge, so they gave us free food for the wait.
