If you know what to order, the food is pretty good. The best thing that they offer right now is the bo bites. They are always juicy and tender because they are normally made fresh because it’s a new item. The service is normally fairly good they do go through a lot of employees which I can understand being a fast food restaurant. Normally inside the restaurant is not the cleanest. The service is normally pretty fast and the employees are normally very friendly.
Everything is usually great; once we had a long wait for special order of steak on biscuits.

Restaurant seems like it's been renovated or otherwise cleaned up recently, the food recently was also better than I remember. If its been a while for you maybe give this location a try again? Maybe they changed management or policy?
