Shortstop's Burgers & Shakes Denton

we got 2 large teas we love the tea. tonight after spending $6.18 for 2 large teas which Is ridiculous the tea wasn't tea it was brown water awful spent at least 15 mins in line terrible waste of money and time

I've visited Shortstops Burgers and Shakes Greensboro location several times for lunch, as I work in that area. Always fast service, great food, and friendly staff. Only complaint I could possibly have is the chili put on the hotdogs. It definitely needs improvement. Otherwise, I've tried the burgers, barbeque, hotdogs, and keeping coming back. Hushpuppies, onion rings, great stuff. I get an hour for lunch, and if I go to Wendy's or McDonald's, it takes an hour. At Shortstops, I can get in and out, eat my lunch, and be back at work in 30 minutes. I love this place!

We decided to stop and try this place today for lunch. Guy at counter was very friendly. Our order was messed up, the fries were cold, bun on my burger was hard. I was not impressed with the food and won't be back.

The gentleman running the register was an absolute GEM! He was very friendly, outgoing, and seemed to genuinely enjoy what he was doing even though it was the evening before Thanksgiving. It’s hard to find people with this kind of forward facing customer service! The atmosphere was nice, K-Love style Christian music playing and the restaurant was clean and the food was great!

We eat here quite often. Everyone and everything is always great. Employees are friendly and helpful. Our food is hot when we get it and the environment is neat and kept clean.

Food is okay for fast food but they are yet to get my order correct or yet to include everything I ordered. I have been more than 5 times and still missing a fry or an entire sandwich OR if everything is in the bag it’s the wrong sandwich or customization of the sandwich is completely ignored even though it is on the receipt. So frustrating. And to top it off even though there is number to call no one answers and voicemail has not been set up. Get it together ! EDIT: I called many times in a row today to address the issue with my order and someone did finally pick up but set the phone down so I could not call anymore. I could hear background noise.

Delicious burger (MVP). Good onion rings and cheddar bites! Sweet tea is good too. Will definitely return to try the breakfast menu.

They are very environmentally abusive. A LOT of Plastic and Styrofoam.
