I've visited Shortstops Burgers and Shakes Greensboro location several times for lunch, as I work in that area. Always fast service, great food, and friendly staff. Only complaint I could possibly have is the chili put on the hotdogs. It definitely needs improvement. Otherwise, I've tried the burgers, barbeque, hotdogs, and keeping coming back. The gentleman running the register was an absolute GEM! He was very friendly, outgoing, and seemed to genuinely enjoy what he was doing even though it was the evening before Thanksgiving. It’s hard to find people with this kind of forward facing customer service! The atmosphere was nice, K-Love style Christian music playing and the restaurant was clean and the food was great!
We eat here quite often. Everyone and everything is always great. Employees are friendly and helpful. Our food is hot when we get it and the environment is neat and kept clean.
