This was third time going and will be my last. Hamburger steak over cooked, very dry. Baked potato was fair,I did finish my salad. I can say that the friends I went with some did enjoy there meal, while another like me left most of hers on her plate.

Arrived for lunch and found a table right away. We were greeted quickly and gave our drink order. We each had a burger which was well done and had gazillions of curly fries with it. Burgers were basic but reasonably good for a well done burger. Waitstaff was efficient and friendly.

It has been atleast ten years since I have eaten at the Village. It was the worst restuarant experience I have ever had. We went in and seated ourselves, didn't see a sign that said wait to be seated. My husband and I was already immediately talking about how unfriendly the waitress was..almost rude like. We waited around 40 minutes b4 getting mozzarella sticks then few mins. later out came my husband's cheeseburger and hot chips and finally my chicken quesadilla. They were not that busy. Not to mention the whole stopped up toilet issue. The owners know what I'm talking about here, that's what matters. We have never felt so much like outsiders before, so unwelcome. Not to mention our bill was 35.00 and i.was still nice enough to leave a five dollar tip, because we always tip whether you deserve it or not! We won't be back.

Great food! Great service! The staff was extremely friendly and captured the atmosphere of a small town. Great place to have a date night where you can just enjoy the food. And if the weather is right then you can even sit outside.

the most unorganized place. they put mine and my daughters orders on 2 separate sheets, so when my daughters food came out 10 mins before mine she waited so then hers was cold. we watched a waitress drop orders on the floor pick them up and place back on the plate and continue to serve that plate. I will not be back

Apparently they gave changed ownership. we have eaten there off and on for 15 years..Seafood was the best. Oysters and shrimp were good but flounder was not. Looked as if it was purchased preloaded the fried. Had a weird taste. Perhaps it was fried in same oil as other foods. Don't know but I doubt I order that again.

Spent $30 on a 3 item combo plate and it was all cooked to death beyond being able to eat it. I’d gotten it to go and called the mgr. back and all she could advise was to bring it back and this is after waiting forever and driving 15 miles home instead of issuing a refund or another meal in its place. I certainly didn’t want more overcooked seafood or the attitude that came with when I told them it as overcooked.
