Great food! Great service! The staff was extremely friendly and captured the atmosphere of a small town. Great place to have a date night where you can just enjoy the food. And if the weather is right then you can even sit outside.
Apparently they gave changed ownership. we have eaten there off and on for 15 years..Seafood was the best. Oysters and shrimp were good but flounder was not. Looked as if it was purchased preloaded the fried. Had a weird taste. Perhaps it was fried in same oil as other foods. Don't know but I doubt I order that again.
Excellent service and food. Not much else to say, its a really good family resturaunt with plenty of seating and fresh food, and seafood. The Village burger is a solid American burger, and the beef was cooked properly, everything was served hot and was quick to the table and the price was extremely fair. The family that owns it is above and beyond, incredibly friendly and will make you feel at home. Can't say enough good things about this quaint and lovely resturaunt.
