I have delivery today at 8.00 am. Very friendly personal. I checked 7.45 am. Unloaded 8.35 am. Fast. Thank you very much ? Unloaded very quickly. Checked in at 7.45 in the morning. Appointment was 8:00 am. Unloaded at 8.35 am. Friendly staff. All is well with unloading. Thank you.

Worst shipper, checked in 1:30pm got door 2pm and after waiting 7 hours at door they refused my trailer at 9pm saying it's not going down to -10F when the doors were open for 7/8 hours because they were pretending to load my trailer, FYI my reefer was running at 3F. wasted my whole day and end up blaming us so broker can blame us and not pay TONU. This place is a joke i'm never ever going back there. Don't believe them that they're loading you until you get BOL in your hand because they asked my drivers how they want the pallets to be loaded twice and still didn't load them.

I've been standing here for 10 hours and they haven't even given me the door! They load very slowly. Each truck stands at the door for at least 3 hours. I'm afraid I'll spend the night here. This was the first and last time.

Got here the night before my appointment and was unloaded right away. Good people and they do have overnight parking and restroom available

If you come here for pick up,just make sure that your trailer is clean and free of any debries,at least it should look clean,as the security guys will check it. If they think it is not clean enough,they will ask you to go to nearby truck stop to clean it and there is no trailer washout.

Appointment 04/07 07:30-17:30, I arrived at shipper 04/06 15:00 so I can do a 10hrs reset, I’m waiting for a call to go to a dock door and unfortunately I figured out from both security and an employee that they don’t open until 10pm, I’m mad at my company/shipper…. If you get a load to pick up here please refused if….
