my appointment was at 3 pm I arrived at 10 am. The guard shack sent me back to swipe the trailer. I did it and came back at 2 pm and checked in but they loaded at 11 pm. I spent the whole day for just picking up that load.

Must give them 0 stars just because of the sign they have on. “Do not ask when the load is going to be ready”? What kind of factory shipping is this?? Do they have Human Resources? LoL If you can not communicate with the production that is in the same factory for any kind of eta or something… its ridiculous. People here (who put the sign up) what do you think we are? No respect for truckers at all. Had an appointment for 23:30, have been sitting here for over 10 hours with absolutely no update, I asked several times just for a estimate and the lady on the morning shift is extremely rude and told me she can’t help me and to read the sign in which the sign says “after check in wait in your truck for a call”
