This is one of my favorite farms to load chicken on because the people that work here are wonderful. There are bathrooms and vending machines available for truck drivers and you can park here if your clock runs out. The entrance for OTR trucks is the 2nd entrance just past the first entrance on pecan rd.

my appointment was at 3 pm I arrived at 10 am. The guard shack sent me back to swipe the trailer. I did it and came back at 2 pm and checked in but they loaded at 11 pm. I spent the whole day for just picking up that load.

Must give them 0 stars just because of the sign they have on. “Do not ask when the load is going to be ready”? What kind of factory shipping is this?? Do they have Human Resources? LoL If you can not communicate with the production that is in the same factory for any kind of eta or something… its ridiculous. People here (who put the sign up) what do you think we are? No respect for truckers at all. The checking guards are nice and the lady at shipping is nice too but this sign should be removed immediately and there should be more communication within the factory and as well the truckers! 4h after appointment time still waiting 9h after appointment time still waiting

Got here at 12pm for a 2pm appointment time and 4 hours later still no door and was told they done do appointment times and will get loaded when they are ready
Pick up I arrived 2 hours early from my appt time , they assigned dock right away loading around 2 hours Not bad

Had an appointment for 23:30, have been sitting here for over 10 hours with absolutely no update, I asked several times just for a estimate and the lady on the morning shift is extremely rude and told me she can’t help me and to read the sign in which the sign says “after check in wait in your truck for a call”
