Stop the timing at the drive through...they work too hard to keep them on a timer...we don't care how fast they are moving, we want what we order to be correct, that is all!!! And the curly fries are not curly enough...the staff is always nice and friendly...
The gentleman working the counter on 3/3/24 @ 4:30 was very polite and the service was great. Definitely earned some repeat customers!

2 workers in whole building, lobby closed cars wrapped around and nothing is moving.Pay your workers better Arbys and this won't happen!!! You lost so much money tonight because a bunch if us drove off.

Been awhile since I've been to this Arby's. We drove up and no one answered the drive thru so we went in and the manager was all by herself and couldn't run the drive thru and run the front and make orders. Her attitude was very friendly and she was so apologetic about the drive thru. The sandwiches we got were perfect. Kudos to this young lady for her hard work and dedication
I’ve always enjoyed Arby’s food and have never had any issues with that. Although I’m not sure if there is a shortage or something but this is the 3rd time I have gone here between 7:30-8:30 and they tell me they are out of roast beef. The service isn’t that great either. I feel like the closer it gets to closing time the less polite they get. I work late night sometimes and this is one of the restaurants I know I can go to since they are open. I will probably not frequent this location much anymore.

Terrible service. Unfriendly and condescending, telling me it was my fault they messed up my order when the real reason was because when I went to request something be left off my order, the person on the intercom had already gotten off or stopped listening, so there was no response, and when I pulled up and tapped on the glass to alert someone I had something else to tell them about my order, the people inside just looked at me like I was crazy and watched me until the lady on the intercom walked back to the window and finally opened it up. Upon telling her I had been trying to tell them I didn't want certain items on my order, she quickly and rudely raised her voice and told me that "NOW WERE GOING TO HAVE TO MAKE THE ORDER ALL OVER AGAIN!" ....even though if they'd simply opened the window when I first got to it and tapped on it, the wouldve had more than enough time to tell the cook that hey this order needs to be done a certain way.When I chose not to respond to her rude comment, she then slammed the window closed and upon returning with my order she slung it open and almost threw the bag into my car. I had to literally grab one of the sandwiches from flying out of the bag and then readjust it because it was just before dumping everything out into my lap.I will NOT be returning as this is NOT the first time this has occurred. Many of the interactions I have had with this manager/cashier/ whoever she is, have all been rude and condescending to me and several of my friends and family have said they experienced the same thing, but noticed that she does this only to certain "types" of customers. I.e. she's racist as hell....if you're white, be careful of going there because you will NOT be welcomed or treated equally at all, unless you're lucky enough to come on a day when this ratchet girl isn't there.
I've always enjoyed Arby's food, however my last few visits have been frustrating. Tonight my kid's meal came with half a container of fries and my cheesesteak was cold. I didn't have time to go back in, because I needed to get home after the long wait. The past few times I've had to wait at the speaker to order then pull over after paying to wait for my food.

We like Arby's food. We ate in and the ketchup dispenser was empty and there were no napkins available. There was a roll of paper towels that everyone had to share. That's not very sanitize. I don't know what the answer is, but I don't think that should be exceptable.

Favorite restaurant but for some reason they always either out of roast beef or it's a 15 to 20 mins waiting time for roast beef which is better then none at all. But then I requested fresh curly fries and to wait to drop them so they're still hot when our sandwich came out and the roast beef was done. Well guess what? I once again didn't get fresh, hot, well done curly fries, bor were either large fry a large it was a inch below the top of the fry box, so I'm going to not be eating at this particular location anymore I don't think bc it happens every time I go there and I go at least 3xs a month or more and I'm disappointed every time for the past 5months
