This is the worst bojangles location I've ever been to. I placed a mobile order and went inside when it was done and waited 25 minutes to get my order handed to me because the workers on the floor were to incompetent to read my wife's name correctly so I sat longer until I finally got someone's attention and got my food, all of it was cold by the time I got it. Very upsetting since this was a mother's day suprise for my mother. Will not be coming back to this location ever again.

MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR FOOD!! They will blame you and say you ordered the wrong thing when you most certainly did not. They will say they will fix the issue, but instead will just charge you again for the right item and blame you. If you say this is wrong they will just look at you like you're an idiot and move about their day. The WORST customer service!!!!!!!! Tried to call and talk to someone who just had an attitude said they would fix it and then just charged us again! Absolute garbage!!!!

It's not my normal stop since I was out of town. It was on my route, so why not. It was full of customers and clean. However, some of the employees seemed a little disgruntled. It's never professional to have conflicts between coworkers while customers are standing there. The food was hot. It was good. They are just a little on the slower side compared to other bojanglez. Overall, it's a good spot to stop for breakfast.
