Just ran threw the drive thru for the morning drive to one of my houses and we were happy with our food. The hash brown bites are great and a vegan option I decided with, also my wife has the chicken biscuit and it was hot and fresh and with a couple packs of strawberry jelly, she was pleased.

WARNING WARNING WARNING This young lady at this location carries herself like a CEO of a company!!We visited this Burger King for lunch one day and normally with fast food you do Not get eye contact and definitely Not a smile from the person waiting on you at the cash register.This young lady: Quanecia Webb (I hope I spelled it right; I asked her for her name); showed extremely impressive and exemplary customer service skills. Honestly, I thought she was a manager that was just filling in at the cash register. This young lady had an awesome personality and a huge welcoming smile. NOT THE ATTITUDE THAT YOU NORMALLY GET FROM ALOT OF TODAY'S YOUNGER GENERATION that act like they are doing you a favor by just doing their jobs, smh!!This young lady impressed me so much with her knowledge of the new items on the menu and just her willingness to help in explaining it to us (me and my wife), that I had to write this LONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG Review about her.Watch out world this young lady is going places in the workforce, and I hope that Burger King recognizes this and her efforts and promotes her immediately because if not she'll be an asset to any company that she decides to go to. I own a business and I'd hire her in a second!!Congrats "Q" (if I can call you that, if not sorry for offending you) and keep up the excellent service it is being and will be recognized and rewarded.

I went to get a hamburger from Burger King in Dunn, NC so I go through the drive and get it. Well the girl at the window didn't have a good attitude at all. I pulled up and said hello and she just handed the bag to me very rudely and said nothing. Also the burger was cold. Will not go back!

I went thru he drive thru today, when I pulled up an automated voice came on to greet me and tell me someone would be with me shortly. I waited patiently. No problem with that everything now days is hurry up and wait. After 10 mins the guy comes on the speaks asking for my order. I said I would like a whopper sandwich with no onion or tomato. He cuts me off to ask me do I want just the sandwich I said yes. Then he repeats my order back of course it ain't right so I say no sir I would like no onion and no tomato. He cuts me off again and said again something I didn't say. So I repeat it one more time and he still gets it wrong so I said sir just forget it and left. The other car in the line beside me left too not sure if they decided not to order or for what reason but I only make this complaint for him to just take the time ti listen and if you can't hear ask someone to speak up the first time

Drive thru services was horrible service. when they were serving me food the woman was wiping her nose with her hands and did not take the time to wash her hands. it was disgusting.
