Drive through: The speaker doesn't work well and it's hard to understand what you are saying. Food: The burgers are small, the shake was tasteless and my husband's shake wasn't what he ordered. If you get 2 sides, each side is tiny yet you pay more. Won't come back. Burger King is better!
I have become a frequent flyer of this place since working 3rd shift. The night time crew is awesome and I always know I'm gonna get hot & fresh food for lunch! Thank you to the night crew for hot lunch for me and my coworkers.

The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and attentive service, immediately lifting my spirits as they took the time to ensure I was well taken care of. Their friendliness was a breath of fresh air, making me feel welcomed and appreciated.

First and last time. Chili on burger tasted burnt, some fries were warm, and I felt cheated on the cheese bites so I asked the cashier was that right? she took bag, went to back,come back and said we put you 2 more in there. Thanks alot !

The food is good, even though they skimp with sides. The service is very unprofessional, but that's Dunn for youš. Horrible attitudes, unwelcoming, they could give a crap less. The girls are always cutting eyes when I'm getting my foodš. Carrying yourself a certain way while your working is important. It's a job, not a hangout with your friends or, "homies". But they make it seem like a hangout not an actual franchiseš.

Came through the drive through the lady at the register got my order somewhat Right. She messed up on the cheese fries she changed me for a large when I wanted a regular and changed me twice for cheese and bacon.

Went to this location tonight just to be turned away. Employees told me and my husband that they were closed. Yet online it shows them being open til 4 AM. After we were told they were not open we sat in the parking lot trying to find somewhere else that was open we witnessed two other vehicles going thru the drive thru and were served. Cookout in Dunn is one of the worst locations I have ever been to. I feel I was discriminated against. Unacceptable behavior. Do better Cookout.
The cashier was rude and couldnāt get our order right. Every time Iāve come here lately my order has been wrong and I feel unwelcome.

Iām tired of going to this locations drive thru and them forgetting my sides entirely itās happened multiple times and the first two I havenāt said anything but why does your customer have to be burdened with checking to make sure the staff did there job itās ridiculous and Iām paying 8 bucks for a bbq sandwich thankā¦.

I have been coming to this location often for the past several months and I've yet to have a bad experience. The ladies that work the drive thru at lunch are quite simply AMAZING, so friendly and professional. They always get my order correct and the food is hot, fresh, and absolutely perfect.

There's only 2 kinds of ice cream! Chocolate and Vanilla! I've been going to Chargrill for more than 25yrs. When I want a bananna milkshake it shouldn't be YELLOW! You have used flavor not real banana's! Don't know when it changed, but I will change where I go to eat! Still tell like it is!
