The food was really good — no complaints there. 🍔 But the cashier’s attitude was awful. Rude, unfriendly, and clearly not interested in treating customers with respect. It honestly ruined what should’ve been an enjoyable stop. Cook Out needs to work on their customer service because good food can’t make up for bad attitudes at the counter.

This place is amazing when you are hungry and nothing else is open, the customer service is amazing we were in an RV and they helped us so much and waited for us to get to the window also since it was our first time, they took the time to explain the menu and helped us decide what to order, Thank you so much!!!we will definitely be back soon!!
Disappointed with staff being childish tonight which I have noticed the past two weeks coming to Dunn. This place has never been this way before. Been coming for years and tonight and last week got same treatment. Nobody was in line and had to repeat ourselves three times because they were playing around inside. When came to window the young man was rude and not professional with my wife. Last time we came a female got disrespectful and tried being funny repeating my wife words and laughing in high pitch tone. I’m assuming the managers have changed or something but not coming back to this place. I feel if I react the same I’m the bad guy so hopefully something changes.

The dunn location is a little rough but we still go here the food is great somedays and rough others along with side portion sizes being a little wierd one day u get alot the next time not so much for fries and stuff
