Well the food that we couldn’t get I guess was bad. We went through the drive thru and it was going smooth until we got to the speaker. Then we sat for 15 minutes and laid on the horn before we could even get someone to look at us. We blew the horn more as we watched the line next to us move along. No one was in the line and we were still waiting. So when someone finally came on the speaker the apologized saying they are short staffed. When we went ahead and didn’t place an order we saw two people at the one drive thru window and several other people beyond them. One person was at the other drive thru. Will not be going back again EVER!!!!!

I have eaten here on multiple occasions. Food has always been received quickly and fresh. In my opinion, Cook Out is still the best bang for your buck place around. I usually buy a burger, and it has that nice grill flavor. This location also has the option of dining in.

Best milkshakes in town. Despite double, backed up drive-thru lines of customers the service was quick. Lines moved fast, and best of all....food was hot and order was accurate!!Parking: Huge parking lot.
Tomato was 1” thick on my burger then I Got 2 chickens ranch wraps. The tenders were the size of a chicken nugget on each. cheese & lettuce missing… they also look like a baked potato cause they couldn’t wrap them.

My husband went through a drive-through, gave a simple order of three grilled cheese sandwiches 3 seasoned fry and a order of onion rings, and two milkshakes. Upon returning home we had a tray of one hotdog and a bag of Doritos. Of course, my husband was furious took it back manager apologize said the little girl that was working the window did not know better, so she corrected our order. He brought it home. Of course they didn’t take back the old order. I guess I’m sure against their policy but realize in the tray with the one hotdog there was a bag of Doritos open with trash, stuffed in it along with mayonnaise and ranch squeezed into the doritos bag. I don’t know what else squeezed all in that bag , this was at Dunn, North Carolina. We will not be going there anymore. We have always loved cookout especially the milkshakes. This is disgusting!!Onto something else!! Fo better!!
