As if the impending decor changes weren't enough, taking the Loaded Hashbrown Tots off the menu was the last straw, Extremely disappointed .
Stop this nonsense Cracker Barrel!! A change in decor, which wasn't necessary, can be tolerated if the food we want is there. Smh
Bring back those Tots!

Changing my original review.
Service today was awful! Not a usual for this place. Was not offered biscuits when everyone else around us received biscuits, butter and jelly and honestly the waitress was rude again not a usual for this place. Food was good but by the time I received my biscuits and gravy the rest of my food was cold. Not a good experience today.

Another terrible day! Ordered online and they can't even get this right! Sent them back 3 times and still missed items when I got home! Terrible terrible! Do better Dunn Cracker Barrel!!

We are from Pennsylvania and stop at this or one other cracker barrel about an hour north every trip back up 95. I know all cracker barrels are the same, but the food is just better in the south. Definitely recommend

The waitresses didn't come right away to take our order but when she did she takes our order and we got our order but she forgot another of things like pancake syrup the napkins and my extra butter and jelly for my toast

Went with a group of about 16 people that gets together once a month and everything went terrible. We waited about 10.mins to get seated which was the only part that wasn't bad. Once seated it took about 15 mins before someone came to take our orders, but they took the drink order and the food order at the same time. That's where it went downhill...
45 mins later I went to find a manager and ended up telling the women in the gift shop that no one in out entire party had even gotten any drinks..Never saw a manager nor was one sent to our tables. 15 mins later which was about the 1 hour and 15 min mark of being seated the food starts coming out and still no one has any drinks...to top that off I was at the first table served and all of my food was cold alomg with several others after me but at this point we were all to hungry to make the redo it and be another hour. At no time did any manager show up, apologize, or do anything to make us think they cared anything about the customer...Its all about the money...it was Friday morning at 830 at Dunn location if any one that actually works higher up in management at Cracker Barrel wants to know...
