Please for heavens sake make real mash potatoes. Mashed up baked potatoes is not mashed potatoes. Let’s not even get into the ice cold clump you send out to top that off. Also servers if we order desert that has ice cream or something like coffee we would like a spoon. We would also like a steak knife when we order steak with out having to ask for it. We would also like to have our drinks refilled even though you already brought us our meal. Just because we received our meal doesn’t mean our service has ended.
We frequent Cracker Barrels all over the Southeastern US on our travels and this was one of the best we've been to! From them actually honoring the online wait list to amazing service to great food. We will definitely be stopping here again on our travels.
We were sit down to a dirty table that had not been cleaned. There was food in the chairs and the heat vents along the wall haven't seen a vacuum in months.
Our waitress Nikki was awesome.

Not quite the good service I’m used to.
Had to wait in the parking lot a few extra minutes and my food was cold when I got home. There was cheese in my potatoes, and I specifically stated I wanted extra onions and I found eggshells in my half cooked eggs. thoroughly disappointed.
We love cracker Barrel . We eat there at least 2 times a week . The camp fire skillets. They are delicious.

Server was having a rough day. It took forever for her to refill drinks, ordered 3 desserts she brought 1. Fortunately we were visiting from out of town. Won't go back.

The food wasn't fresh or hot(the hot items I ordered)at this particular location Dunn NC & could have been way better. The salad was good & the muffins.

Best Cracker Barrel Experience we’ve ever had as a family. Service was great and food was really good.
Waited 30 minutes for food.
Cook was a no show. Management was awful and staffing was rude.
We left after we paid for coffee and we still tip.
Never got our food.
