Please for heavens sake make real mash potatoes. Mashed up baked potatoes is not mashed potatoes. Let’s not even get into the ice cold clump you send out to top that off. Also servers if we order desert that has ice cream or something like coffee we would like a spoon. We would also like a steak knife when we order steak with out having to ask for it. We frequent Cracker Barrels all over the Southeastern US on our travels and this was one of the best we've been to! From them actually honoring the online wait list to amazing service to great food. We will definitely be stopping here again on our travels.

We were sit down to a dirty table that had not been cleaned. There was food in the chairs and the heat vents along the wall haven't seen a vacuum in months.
Our waitress Nikki was awesome.
