Didn’t get my order right and it was sooooo simple.. Strawberry Sundae with chopped nutts.. Nuts were stale and the sundae looked like clunky spoiled milk.. Never Again.. Knew we shouldn’t have got it when we saw worker wipe someones cup with a dirty looking rag..

Asked for a kids ice cream in a cup, she handed it to us in a cone then then when we reminded her, she put it in a cup upside down. Had to ask for a spoon. I guess she thought the child was going to eat with her hands. No professionalism any more. We also asked for a large and medium ice cream and you could barely tell the difference between the 2. Not a place I'd stop at again.

This place is absolutely terrible!! I went to the restroom to change my daughter and I couldn’t because the worker was sitting on her phone in stall for over 15 minutes!!! I was able to wait in line, order, wait for my food, and receive it before she came out. The food wasn’t even fresh or good. I asked for sweet tea only to find out there was none so I got Pepsi which was soooo flat. Overall terrible experience!

I watched the single employee working dinner time wash his hands and then wipe them dry on his hips and butt. This place is always understaffed, half the time they don't acknowledge the drive-thru, and there was food all over the floor.

I went in and the smell of dirty oil filled the air in the whole store. I was almost gagging. Since I can’t eat chicken I tried the fish. Omg one bite and 20 minutes later I needed the restroom. I threw it away. The onion rings tasted like the smell in the store. So I went to my truck and made noodles. Later that night I said let me try a blizzard. Cashier was nice so was the cook. The manager was something else. After I ordered the printer tape went empty and buzzing. The cashier tried to grab tape from the other printer cause there was none to be found. Then both was buzzing. I said omg this is crazy and the cashier was flustered. The manager gets up off the table and screams just take the paper out of the other. I said she did note both are buzzing. She not not to the cashier and said just turn it off. Then goes and gets tape from Quiznos. I felt bad for the cashier. Blizzards was great overall clean your oil cause everyone coming in is making a face from the smell. I can’t get the smell off my clothes. You should be ashamed.
