I ordered a pizza online, but when I went to pick it up, I found that it didn’t have the chicken I had requested. When I returned to the store, no one apologized for the mistake. The staff was dismissive, as if I wasn’t allowed to point out the issue with my order. This is the second time this has happened. Instead of making a new pizza, they just threw some chicken on top in a messy way. Very disappointing experience. NOT RECOMMENDED

The young lady ask me all of these questions besides what kind of dressings would I like and I hate the fact that if my order is over 59) I can’t pay cash what and I’m picking it up I could see if it was delivered or something so I had to split my order and then she didn’t even say thanks have a nice night evening or nothing just hung up on me when I was saying thank you and I didn’t even get a total well damn

I don't recommend. I have ordered delivery a few times from this location. Sometimes it is fine . Last order both pastas was missing sauce. What a coincidence right? No way they did that by mistake. I called so they can fix the issue. To make this review short they could have cared less about fixing the mistake they made. End of the review to say I don't recommend and I felt like I wasted my money and should have went to zaxbies or smithfield they haven't disappointed me. Sorry workers they decided to hire.

Went here got 3 pizza an the they had little to no cheese an the one was burned they wouldn't remake the pizza an told us the crust was cheese I wish I new how to share. Picture.... absolutely ridiculous tell us to have a nice day will not be doing business here again

I placed my order at 8:55pm online. I arrived at the store 20 minutes later to find out my order wasn't made. Waited 10 minutes cause they said they were making it. Went back in 10 minutes later to find out it still hasn't been made. Waited other 10 minutes to find out they couldn't find my ticket. Demanded a refund since it has been almost 45 minutes and I still never received my food. Never had a issue with them before.
