The bread on my Frisco melt wasn't even toasted. It was bread. No melted butter nothing. This is poor service as well as bad food. Who is running this place?

Courtesy & level of service by counter clerk at this Hardee's piss poor to day the least. Food not much better biscuit & gravy horrible, gravy was more like warm milk, certainly not consistent with any other Hardee's I frequent, seriously gravy was as bland, no sausage, no thickness, literally warm milk

The girl with the blond hair and black glasses was so respectful and had great customer service! The manager I believe, he had clear glasses, he was so funny and cracked a lot of jokes. Overall I would come back here! My food was really good, and they went above and beyond for me!!! I am a traveler and being able to stop at places like this and get great service is so refreshing!! Definitely would come back!

The food is usually a safe bet and for the most part I've never had an issue with taste or quality or freshness, on occasion the burgers were a little TOO well done but otherwise that problem has been corrected in more recent years. The atmosphere and cleanliness left something to be desired but such is dining in a fast food joint.

We ordered a breakfast platter with sausage, coffee, snack pack of Maple bacon. #1 Breakfast with a Nashville hot chicken and upgraded to a maple biscuit ,combo, small. And the received NONE of it ! Instead they give us some BS , didn’t give us a receipt to even verify…I’m not sure what the cashier was hearing, I literally enunciated my order to the T. I think it’s safe to say Counter person is a DEI hire and Cook didn’t comprehend English! This is a problem America ! Wake up! Truck drivers don’t have any time for this kind of BS ….oh I did I mention that this crew literally shredded me for being WHITE and ordering a different biscuit with my order…we were sitting in the lobby , she didn’t care ! Not ok People Not ok! I was never rude , never condescending , even after we had to take our order back 3 times ! Do BETTER Hardees! Do Better!

Drive thru was closed, but they put the cones where you drive in and have to back out. Went in and ordered waited 10 minutes for a double cheeseburger and fries. Fries were cold and nothing is worse than waiting then getting cold food.
