Dont place a mobile order and go here in the morning. Unfortunately I forgot to look at the name tag but the skinny lady at the front tried to pretend I wasn't there at the Mobile pickup spot. She took 5 orders tried not to make any type of eye contact until I had to yell to get attention. She took orders of people getting in line after i got there. Guess i should have gotten in the regular line instead of going to the location designated for picking up orders. I could see the order on the counter. And when she finally handed it too me she said absolutely nothing. I don’t understand this behavior. It too 3 seconds to ask me something, anything and hand me the order. Not going to say what I suspect but as a 6ft tall black guy I'm certainly not invisible.
Separate issue. I think something is wrong with the app for some items. All of the add ons were selected. So I made sure to unelected ketchup and mayo because I definitely didn't want that on a breakfast sandwich. But those are the extras I got, so I assume the app was showing it inverted.

Travel and eat breakfast at Hardee’s all the time. I ordered the ham and cheese biscuit, that was burnt to a crisp.When I asked the manager if I could have a new sandwich, that was not burnt. I was told they are all brown on top, not burnt ! Than she walked away complaining that I was a ….. Never have I had a bad breakfast sandwich at Hardee’s , in any state until now.

Have been coming to this Hardee's for a year when I travel up and down 95. Is very clean and the food is fresh. I haven't had to much of a wait in the evening. It's great for a quick bite with some gas.

Horrible. Ordered a famous star burger and itlook like the burgundy sandwich was smashed together. Unless you want to donate your money, starving or want to be mad as hell, I wouldnt advise eating here.

I came in to get some food. Within 30 seconds of being in the store at least 3 flies landed on my arm. When I proceeded to place my order I asked for a number 7 and was prompted what size and I just said whatever it comes with (99% it’s medium ofc) and it was like a interrogation until i said medium. I paid and the said thank you and the lady didn’t even say your welcome.
Then I proceeded to get my drink, the cup lids were in there plastic wrapping spread across the table and nothing was organized whatsoever near the condiment/drink station.
Proceeded to fill my drink and there was no carbonation in any of the drinks is and half of them were not filled with their syrup concentrate.
I don’t expect 5 star service from any fast food restaurant but this was review worth I really hope they fix this that’s pretty bad for business. I gave 3 stars bc the food wasn’t bad but I wish I would have gone through the drive through but I’m a truck driver and only option I had was to go inside.

Stay far away, may have been a blessing in disguise these reviews look horrible. Run away as fast as you can. Someone close this place down. I just saw a roach. Got 2 platters to go, got back to the vehicle and had gravy but no biscuits. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Went back inside and got them, so just ate inside. The ham is overly salty as well.

Bought 2 chicken sandwich’s 2 fries 2 sodas chicken sandwich bun flat soggy chicken cold fries cold soda ok. Obviously these sandwiches were made long in advance. The best way to describe is garbage. This Hardee’s owes me the cost of this meal had to throw it out.

I ordered the grilled cheeseburger. As per the name, it's basically a grilled cheese sandwich with a hamburger patty in the middle.
So why the hell was I served a cheeseburger sandwich? Absolutely no toasting on the bread. To make it worse, the bacon was extremely tough.
