Customer service nationwide has been plagued by incompetence. And this place is no different. It's currently 10:55PM and this place, which states that it is open till 1AM, is closed. Truckers need to eat, even if it is this fast food garbage.

They gave me a sandwich without toasted bread.I didn't check it on the spot, and only when I left did I check it and get very upset.I'll have to throw it away. I can't eat that.This is a Frisco sandwich.

Is there a hamburger beef has no flavor can you thought you was going to get the crackly fries with the whole waves in it nope you got McDonald's fries the Coke machine area was disgusting the second guess should you get your drink there or go next door to get a bottle of Coke

This is the worst Hardees I have ever been to. There wraps aren’t wrapped, the frisco burger is suppose to be toasted with butter not on bread. Staff was doing bare minimum, and were not at all friendly!
