The person at the window couldn't have been any more pleasant. My issue is it seems as though they've added a pattie to everything on the menu and bumped the prices by $5. I know I'm exaggerating, but not by much. When two number 7s total out to almost $28, most people say 30. Love the food, hate the inflation. A joy to dine at or from if you don't study the receipt.
Me and my mother went through the Drive-Thru, we had ordered, Recess Shake, Strawberry Shake and a chicken “sub” I don’t remember what it was called. Anyway, the shakes were not blended all the way and the services was OK but at least the food was good.

This place is quickly becoming a favorite for me and my boyfriend. The burgers and shakes are great! The service is always stellar. And for a triple and a double cheeseburger meal with milk shakes for roughly $30…YES please! We’ll keep coming back for sure.

Have never really had a bad experience, but on this particular day, the food was horrible along with the service. Had to go back through the drive-thru and return a burger that was all wrong, and they still didn't get it right after repeating the order 2x. Customer service was at an all-time low, not sure if she was just overwhelmed or not wanting to be at work. There's nothing like getting to your destination, and the food you ordered is all wrong, just a bit inconvenient. Check your order before pulling off, and customer service check your attitude before going to work.

The mushroom ? Swiss beef burger didn't have enough seasoning on any of it. Please people want to taste the food. I visited on February 20, 2024, around 4 pm or 5 pm. The beef Burger was terrible ?
I absolutely love burgers. I'll definitely be returning here. I recommend getting the triple cheeseburger and asking for an additional bun, or two. That way you can deconstruct the burger and make several different burgers. The service has always been good and the food is always been fresh and tasty. I like the different options for burgers and their milkshakes are also delicious. I haven't tried the drive-thru, but that's a nice convenience feature. They do have a little robot that is used to bring food to the table. I think it's a bit overkill since that's what the server can be doing, and they usually just follow the robot anyway. But I guess it's a cool factor. Don't go here just for the robot lol. Also, they're sweet tea is always on point.
The only server that was working this morning at 1030 , was absolutely perfect, definitely going back there but that young woman went above and beyond, talked about the history, the owners , everything, she's the type you want working with you to create a good business, she deserves a raise ?, definitely be coming back there , and may be working there soon if all she said correct... long story short, awesome place.
I got a strawberry shake and large orange aid at the drive thru. She did not give me my receipt. The lid on my strawberry shake wasn't completely sealed and it spilled on me. I had to asked for napkins to clean myself and my car with an only sorry from her. I just salvage what I can with my shake and went back to work.
