if you want to work here they give you crappy hours and they do not respect when you say you don’t work one day they will put you on it every single week and then fire you because you constantly tell them you don’t work that day and most of the time you find coverage and there food sucks

I don't know what has happened but this location has gone completely downhill. The last 3 times I ordered, from the Dunn, NC restaurant, something was wrong with my order. The first one I let slide. The last screw up I never received my food. The franchise owner would not refund my money. The corporate office tried several times and they never responded. I love Jersey Mike's but I will never order from this location again.

When we arrived in a group of about 25, the manager on duty called for other staff members that were in the back to come up to the front and help get our group served as quickly as possible. Everyone came up and went to the positions that she wanted them to go to, and our orders were filled in a very timely manner for that larger group. Kudos to the manager for the great job and the staff for following her lead.

Order steak n chz and they had so much mayo on it u couldn't even see the meat. Then ordered Italian giant and some of the toppings weren't on it. This is the 3rd time this has happened so I think I'll cancel my visits here in Dunn NC as they have people that can't follow directions and seem very immature. $30 is a lot to pay for something u didn't order. Just sad.

Meanwhile my husband waited on his philly 20 minutes because whoever the old white lady was on the grill kept running around the store screaming at workers .The store was so unorganized i trashed my sandwich & reached out to

Jersey Mike's is ALWAYS a ??? hit for me! As we were walking in, a lady asked if we wanted some coupons and we said Yes, of Course!!! It was around 2p, but the line was still long. They had a great system though, it took no time to place our order and get our sandwiches. They had someone take our order, then prepare our sandwich with the fixins' and ring us up. I must say I GREATLY APPRECIATED the guy changing his gloves out before touching our food. If he hadn't, I would have asked, but he did. Thank You!!! I enjoyed my sandwich so much more. It was delicious of course! My go to is #7 regular on wheat. I didn't take any pictures, because I was too busy eating but Jersey Mike's in Dunn, NC gets 5 stars hands down!!!
