I went into this restaurant to place a take out order. My first impression of customer service is bad. The man taking the orders was a smart a**. The food was subpar. I was not impressed with the food or the customer service. I went in 3/29/24 at 7pm. GOOD customer service is gone from most places these days. If I could give no stars I would. I see that the owner is ignorant. I won't go back and forth. I would spend my money at places where I am welcomed and respected, and for the record I never go into any business and disrespect anyone so the way I was treated today in your restaurant was totally uncalled for. Sagebrush Restaurant is a whole lot better. Food is great and service is better, they get a five star rating from me. So keep on insulting people who speak up concerning the experiences they have at your restaurant, any business owner that is disrespectful in a response to a customer it says a lot. Thank you for showing me exactly what kind of owner you are.

Last week was my very first Time here. Everything was Amazing. I ordered a combination plate, with fish and shrimp.The portions are nicely sized. Definitely coming back for more!!!

We get the fried fish & shrimp. It's always good. It's a busy place, and the two young ladies serving are incredible. For what you get the prices are very reasonable. I'll post pictures next time I go.

Small place without a huge staff. Great food and the waiters are great and the hardest worker you will find.
Great food. All fried. Great cole slaw and fries. Can get whole fish with bones in it. Not the Ritz but food will not disappoint. Tourists, please stay away so I can get my favorite table. Tip big, service gals are outstanding.

What a GEM!! 2 miles off I95 in an unassuming strip. Best fried fish, oysters, scallops, crispy, lightly battered and salted and over the top deviled crabs I've had in a long time. Cooked perfectly, crispy (not greasy) and tender (moist). The service was very good and the place was well kept and clean (the bathrooms could do with an update, needs a baby changing table). It's truly a hidden gem. Wish we lived nearby. We will be stopping by whenever we are driving by.

Fresh fish and it is not frozen. Really good to me.Their fish is still good to me. The one item I really liked is no longer on their menu. That was the Squash Fritters, they were really good if they were not fried to hard. Instead of the Squash Fritters they are now serving fried okra ( not good like the Squash Fritters). The waitresses are really friendly and very attentive to their tables.Parking: Because Jim's Seafood is in a small Shopping Center, parking can be hard to find at times ( depends on the time of day).Kid-friendliness: The waitresses are friendly to the kids and they have high chairs for the kids.They also have a kids menu.
