I drove from Virginia to experience one of the last remaining KFC buffets, and it was 100% worth it. The friendly staff were a huge highlight for our visit! Both the buffet and the customers were well taken care of. It's fun to get to try items that aren't typically on the KFC menu, like grilled chicken, liver, and gizzards. We'd recommend the cobbler and the chicken and rice (shoutout to Ms. Monica!).

The manager on tonight declined my order for chicken tenders for my children because someone in the drive thru ordered 30 tenders so he wouldn't take my order my kids were so upset I can't believe the attitude he also had, I won't ever bring my children there again how dare he break my kids hearts they really wanted them chicken tenders for dinner tonight! Today's date is August 26, 2025 time is 6:20pm

Everything about this place Is nasty!! I went today and got a 3 piece with fries and The whole order was nasty and couldn't eat it!! The drink was flat the fries was hard and stale and the chicken was nasty I threw it all in the trash and went to smithfields chicken and bbq and got my lunch. I'm telling you I will never ever go back to this establishment.

Went to offing Dunn bc today and everything was terrible couldn’t finish eating chicken was fried to hard.and dried service was not good young people standing around no sweet tea told them no sweet tea did not offer to put any out paid 63.00 and me and family could not eat
Went to KFC in Dunn today waited about 3 mins to place order no one came to take my order no one said I will be with you shortly ec…Pulled to window and heard the supervisor Nathanael say she will have to go back thru drive thru so the employee at the window asked him was he going to take my order. He looked at me like what do you want and I told him. I ordered 10 pieces of chicken got home there was only 7 pieces. Called back and Like the reviews said they don’t answer the phone. Smh Who can’t count to 10 at KFC!!!

Missing slaw, 5 tbls of gravy for a large gravy and 10 pcs chicken but paid for 12 pcs. Uber eats sucks at refunds and no one answers phone when you call this place to file a complaint. Second time ordering from this location, second time missing items and it will be the last. Apparently people can’t count or measure. $60 for the food and got $40 worth if that. Oh and the $20 off coupon for a Instacart order over $35 - well that didn’t reflect either. Company not pleased everyone doesn’t get to eat. It literally takes minutes to double check an order to ensure accuracy. No accountability as no one signed the verification line on the slip. Bull Crap to say the least. Customer Service at KFC headquarters just as bad
