I got the 20 dollar deal 6 piece chicken 4 sides the sides were very small only feed 1 person I had to feed 3 biscuits that was stupid. Who was going to eat 6 pieces of chicken with four side the sides were for only one person. I will not go there again

Went in today [March 23rd]. My uncle and I got the buffet. Didn't check before getting. Everything was empty. We waited 15 minutes and still nothing. I asked for a refund. The manager said there was chicken in the back in the warmer. When I say back it was in the back by the kitchen not on the buffet. Needless to say I didn't get a refund. She kept saying they were understaffed like that made it okay. There were 12 people in line waiting to put their order in. People started walking out of the restaurant because the service was inexcusable. I will not be going back. I would have given a zero rating if I had the option.

They thought it was OK to rip us off are large fries an 8 biscuits from a 16 peice family meal not say anything didn'teven try to offer us anything else just take our an not give us wat we payed for because they only had one person work there when there was a bunch of employees just standing around doing nothing instead making sure they had everything an cooked then when we ask for our money back they made us wait another 15 min I do not recommend going here until they get some new management wasted 30 minutes orour time

Welll well, KFC is at it again. A typical dinner time mess. I go to KFC usually at night time around 6 to 10pm, and some nights are usually ok, but I do be missing items occasionally and then get the wrong chicken. I prefer original over crispy and usually get all dark meat.So on 2/19, a Monday night around 7pm..I go to KFC in Dunn, and guess what? They out of chicken, and it will be a 15 min wait. I don't blame the cook or workers. I myself blame the manager or supervisor on duty cause they should have caught when the chicken was running low. This is not the first for me and I know there are others out there. I did see prior time this happened, and the new Managment Team was brought in then everything was OK. Now it's starting again. When is this going to change? Is KFC known for the original Chicken, not biscuits and vegetables, for dinner. I usually do take out and spend $30-$50 a night. Please do something. If this location needs help then by all means..Please assist them.

My food was nasty. The chicken was dark like it had been under a heat lamp, too long.I wished I had checked my bag before I left because I would've gotten a refund.The traffic was very congested so I didn't turn around to go back.This was my first and last time getting food from this location. I called the store to ask for a manager, but it was a fail...the call goes straight to voice mail.I wasted my money paid $ 21 .Never again. The owner needs to check on his or her store before they go out of buisness.

In the past they have been known to run out of a lot of popular items including sides like mashed potatoes. I think they're under new management now because haven't had that issue in a while.Kid-friendliness: Nothing special but most of the customers are well behaved compared to what you see it a lot of other fast food restaurants. The workers are super friendly to The elderly and children.Wheelchair accessibility: Not anything special but more room for wheelchairs and people with handicap to get in the door than most fast food restaurants with drive through
The classic wrap tasted good, but was nothing but a tease. The buffet bar was a mess! And the fried chicken is missing it's "Herbs and Spices" and tasted and felt stale. The biscuits were the size of a quarter. And to top it off the tea was watered down!

The manager at the Dunn location Was not professional and is a scam artist. She lied straight to our face and Overcharged us for our meals. I recommend if you decide to go to this KFC to not take anything they say as legit because they will say one thing, and then they will do another. Do not recommend wasting your time at this establishment. Rude and unprofessional would go somewhere else.
