Purchased 10 pizzas for a kids birthday party.. they made no mention that they don’t make large pizzas or that they’re a Little Caesar’s Express. You can imagine our shock and disappointment when we got the pizzas. First time, last time.

The woman operating the oven displayed a rather dismissive attitude, seemingly under the impression that I was familiar with her job. I was informed that I could not request a pizza with half pepperoni and half cheese; the options were either one type or the other. There is a bell to signal her when you wish to place an order, but my recommendation is to avoid ringing it, as it may provoke a negative response and result in a lengthy wait for your pizza. Currently, I am en route to Little Caesar’s in Dunn, NC, where a large pizza costs $8.00, in contrast to the $10.00 charge for a small personal-sized pizza.

So they open at 10 I arrived at 959 and asked the clerks if I could order and wait and was told the oven was not even on it and would be waiting 30mins or more. I've been in food most of my life even as a manager, if you open at 10 and your getting things ready and you know your oven takes time to be ready then the 1st thing you should have done before prep and everything would be to turn on the oven

Literally sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes for them to NEVER come and they walked by multiple times. We drove around and went in and they said they had no pizza. Could have easily came to the window one of the 7 times they walked by to tell us that…. 0/10 DONT RECOMMEND.
