My experience was so terrible i stood there for a good 30 mins staring at my ticket waiting for someone to do it nobody cared enough to ask me what i had ordered then once they finally grabbed my ticket my they went around the corner for 2 seconds and brought my food to me my food was ready and sitting there for 30 mins i couldn’t even get the right drink at this stupid place the people working there are incompetent would not recommend

I finally get to the food window and she tells me to pull to the 3rd window because the bagels is not done yet. I've been sitting at the window for 15 min now. I don't know who runs this McDonald's but they need to make changes asap. 11 cars done past me from behind me. Either they being funny are just slow AF. Someone needs to educate them on how to fix food and take orders. Now it's been 20 min.

I came in yesterday with my kids to eat. I placed an order for my kids and then tried placing one for myself, the pinpad on the kiosk froze. The shift manager Valyn was absolutely amazing! She and another manager tried to get the pinpad fixed since it took my money but never showed them the order. In the midst of them being extremely busy and short staffed, a rude customer who had placed a big order came in with an attitude at Valyn. She was doing the very best she could with how busy it was and being short staffed and she did amazing! She needs a promotion for how she handled yesterday. The rude customer made some comments to her and she comped my meal after the pinpad messed up on me! Absolutely love how she takes it all and still acts professional and handles situations! She apologized to me the next day but I feel as if I owed her an apology after having to bother her while she was busy. She is a great manager!

They don't pay attention when taking the order. I had to repeat my order 4 times and it was still wrong when I got to the first window. The young lady was sweet and fixed it. The bread was hard and order was made wrong. There's no point in calling the manager because they make excuses for their mess ups and barely wants to fix the problems.

I just left from there Saturday March 1st at 3:20 p.m. ish I ordered a six-piece kids meal with well-done fries add a Coke and a quarter pounder with cheese meal with sweet tea number one is the lady asked me did I want a 4 or 6 piece I said a six piece I still receive a four-piece after waiting at the window the second window pull up window for over 13 minutes then I get my food and it's not correct I get a four-piece with apples no fries and then the quarter pounder with cheese meals fries were soggy so I called the McDonald's just speak to a manager and she said she was the manager on duty and named Valerie and says that she could not replace the whole order or refund me my money for the inconvenience unless I brought the food back well I was taking part of the food to someone that was supposed to have been at work at 3:00 in which made them late for almost a half an hour or 45 minutes for work then I had to take the time and gas to turn around and go back to this McDonald's hopefully get the correct kids meal I understand there's not much you can do in the food service industry but customer service needs to be addressed and paying attention to the orders because they were all out in the parking lot with people parked everywhere and didn't know where and who had what or nothing total unorganization and a lot of people and I know if I get my food I don't want somebody else touching it didn't realize it is not their food and then the worker give it to you after someone's already looked through the food I'm very unsatisfied I would rather have a refund but the only option I got was to come right back and get the correct kid's meal supposedly so I'm on the way back to get this kid's meal to see if it's correct or not wasting another 45 minutes of my life are my personal time to sit in line again I'm sure because I want my fries well done and not soggy another 13 to 15 minutes so I'm highly unsatisfied and we'll be reaching out do a higher authority of whoever is on duty because I feel like for the time that I have waited and the situation of the food being wrong I feel like I should have got a total refund and my food corrected that was wrong and she told me that the only way she could replace the whole meal with the same food or the correct food was for me to bring it back to her and so when I do bring it back to her it's going in the trash so what is the point of doing that but I will respond on this writing after I am just now getting back to McDonald's again for the second time to get the correct order and of course it's not correct the fries are cold as ice I will be contacting corporate

This location is TRASH! Ordered a large fry, they told me to pull up,I ended up with a half empty fry box with BURNT fries. I spent over $4 for burnt potatoes in this economy!!! Oh, and the nuggets are drier than Mummy dust.

Really this place is nasty manager yes i said manager handed me old dirty packs of mustard. On top that my order was wrong and took 30min to get had turn around go back gave me mcchicken instead of crispy chicken.

As a dasher who comes in here everyday… they need atleast one person staying at the cash registers at all times. They aren’t even aware what is happening up here. People waiting to order, not even acknowledge DoorDasher… it’s a mess.
