would give 0 if could never experience such rudeness got to window to pay I changed my order girl was mocking me whole time laughing with other young employees got window checked order was short one burger young white girl mouth something off perked my order from my hand then when handed it back it was like a toss salad everything just thrower back in bag out wrapper I was like what then manager came over and said what you say very rude I said you know what I'm over it food was cold and un eatable yall need grow up and need new management

Really not the McDonald's we grew up with. Beverage dispensers gone from the dining room. Food was marginal, hard crusty cheese on both my Big Mac and my wife's 1/4 pounder which was so dry she had to drown it with ketchup to swallow it. Cold, uninviting dining room, which was impeccably clean, really rounded out a disappointing trip. Ordered on a kiosk, but had to stand in line to pay? And the food was delivered to the table. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I am a 4 year Navy Vietnam vet and asked for the veteran discount. The cashier asked for my VA I D card. I do not have a VA ID card because I did not retire from the military and do not get any services from the VA. I do have it on my drivers license that I had to prove to DMV but that was not acceptable.
Was told it had to be a VA card.
Looks like I made 2 trips to McDonalds today!

If I could give a 0 star to make this review I would, dont waste your time or money at this location heck or at the other one after the 95 bridge, the people in the drive thru lies just so you purchase the grinch meals like they would actually be a manager making mcdonalds more money. Mcdonalds does not care about you they will fire you for less, to be laughed at after she swiped my card and wanna say oh I forgot to say we don't have the grinch dill pickle salt?!?! What was funny about you swiping my card then telling me you lied about having everything for the grinch meal when i asked if you had EVERYTHING? I got my money back after I ordered 5 big Mac grinch meals, $12 for this meal to not have everything they basically charge you $12 for a big Mac meal when they are $8.09 on the menu but they throw a pair of socks in they got from China for free if im paying for the grinch meal I WANT THE WHOLE SHABANG the whole experience smh.

I got a McGriddle this morning and the first time I ever have seen one this pretty and tastes good I never knew McGriddles were actually little pancakes I don't know where I've been before and got them they never looked this good excellent excellent work

This is just disgusting. My wife stopped at McDonald’s (w Cumberland St) in Dunn, North Carolina this morning to get us a couple of breakfast sandwiches. Not something we do very often, and now we won’t be stopping there at all. When she got home, she looked at me and said, did you do this? She was asking if I took a bite out of her sandwich. I said I haven’t touched your sandwich. Apparently, some SICKO at the restaurant took two bites out of my wife’s breakfast sandwich this morning. Downright disgusting. Found on local Facebook 11-18-25 by a Doug Ferguson with pics. This is unacceptable.

Spent the day in Dunn. McRib is back and my family indulged me. My McRib was perfectly sauce and the proportions of onions and pickles were right on. My family got the chicken nuggets meals and the nuggets were crispy outside and tender inside. We also got the spicy chicken wrap meal. We were all satisfied when we left.

Went to this location on Veterans Day, to get a Veterans Day free meal advertised by many outlets. I ended up buying my breakfast at the drive thru, only to regret not getting a free meal at IHOP, Denny’s, or anywhere else also offering a meal on Veterans Day free. The manager just dismissed me with a 10% discount, which I never use, as many times, that I have gone here. The McDonalds next to Food Lion in Dunn, was offering it last year, I should have gone there instead. Lesson learned.
