This location at W. Cumberland street has gone down hill. When going through the drive thru you get parked over a hamburger. If you use the mobile app they can't find your order! I will not be going back to this location!

This mcdonalds has to be the MOST incompetent of them all i swear i work almost right next to them and every time and i mean everytime i go there to get foood i have to go back because its never correct…ever something is always wrong or missing ive even gone back 2 times within 40 mins because thats how long it took in between for them to still get it wrong …not sure if they just cant read there own inputs or what…or you order food and its missing something you wanted on it and you go tell them and they say oh to add that it will be this amount of money…like what? I handed you a receipt that clearly shows i oaid for what i asked yall just dont read or are lazy…its honestly sad i just got food from this place while im on my lunch breakd and guess what ding ding ding it was wrong….i diddnt even bother to go back because im honestly just tired of it….and these people want more money to work in a place like that…please you deserve less for your work ethics….maybe get food right and then talk about money

Stopped to get kids a kid meal, (2) had to sit and wait 12 minutes for fries. 6 other vehicles were pulled waiting on food also. It was not a rush hour or busy time. Staff is very rude. The only time this place functions properly is when the one manager named Krystal is working. After having to wait they still got the food wrong.

This McDonald need new management• Takes so long to give customers order.• Manager Lisa is disrespectful to customers.( Lisa threaten several customers , she call the cops on a young girl because they didn’t make her drink right) OVER A DRINK•They never get customers order right the first time.•They take so long on drive through .•The place is always dirty and sticky .The works are rude and disrespectful to elderly.

We were given different items than we ordered multiple times. One person didn't receive their correct order for half an hour +. This was during a slow time.Also sorry to see that McDonald's discontinued salads, which made the menu very basic.Dietary restrictions: The menu had greatly limited choices for dietary restrictions. Would not recommend.
