If the food gets any smaller or stays as expensive as it is for the cheaper taste I'll never eat McDonald's again. I swear that that all the hamburgers and cheeseburgers taste like week old meatloaf at every McDonald's across the country.

I have been to both mcdonald's locations in Dunn NC. My grandchildren love the playplace. These 2 locations have a bad habit of being lazy about bringing my food to my table when I order table service in the app. I have 2 grandchildren ages 4 and 10 I don't want to leave them unattended. That is why I order table service in the app. Today at the 1185 E Cumberland St. Location I ordered 20.00 worth of food in the app for Table Service. The employee brought the food to the table NO DRINKS, NO NAPKINS, NO STRAWS. When she got to the table she said oh I forgot the drinks then she comes back with 3 empty cups and sat them on the table and walked away, at the 1726 E Cumberland St location I ordered Happy Meals and LG tea for table service in the app. My number was called and I had to go and leave my grandchildren unattended to go pick up food that was supposed to be brought to my table. McDonald's should take that option out of the app if the locations is not willing to do the service. The locations had maybe 5 people in the dining area when I came in. The 1185 locations had 6 people in the dining area when I came in, women's bathroom dirty, trash cans over running and no tissue in one stall, employees standing around laughing and joking. customer service really suck at these 2 locations.

You want garbage service with a bunch of garbage attitudes cold food or food that You want to get sick from Make sure you visit this trash location. With the garbage treatment and food from this location I wouldn't go here if it was the last place open. Do yourself a favor and visit another McDonald's. There are so many times I can count where I got a burger with no meat just buns just a flat out wrong order. My wife just today tried to order with a code and was disrespected for no reason when she was asking questions the person just blew her off and wouldn't even listen in the drive-thru then I tried to get my money back and was lied to talking about it didn't go through when I can clearly see the charge on my credit card.I absolutely hate this location. Here's a recommendation for the terrible employees in horrible management there if you don't like your job then go find a freaking different one no one made you work at that sorry McDonald's.

What else can i say other than disappointing. They took our order at the drivethru and confirmed it i oayed got pulled to park and then forgotten after 15 mons waiting i went in to see what was the issue where i was told we had already recieved our food. Had to call for the manager and he fixed it bjt upon receiving it was missing half of it after 30 mins they got as close as they could and i was over it wont return to this mcdonalds at all

I spent $24 on two meals and a side of chicken nuggets. The cashier asked what kind of sauce for the nuggets. I replied honey mustard. I get home to eat only to find yellow mustard packets for my nuggets! REALLY????
Slow as shit waited 30min for my food and the place only had two other customers slow as shit

This is the good McDonald's the one across from the cookout in Dunn sucks. When I order here they do take a little bit more time but not a sufficient amount of time and they keep things moving and my food is been as I ordered it every time it has been at least warm and fresh if not hot and fresh every time.

Had to wait 5 minutes in 1 of their parking spots, expecting to at least get hot food.... nope, my nuggets were cold with black spots all over them, my fries were hard and over cooked. The sprite was the best part of my meal!! I threw the nuggets out, I wasn't eating those!!!
