I am a traveler of the road, and when I came in I had to wait to order, then had to wait for coffee which i didn't mind but, weak and too hot to drink. So I drank the coffee and did my work. Then I ordered coffee again, when I did get it it was cold. The spicy chicken was more like a wet chicken. Way too much thousand island dressing. I took the coffee back and asked for a hot coffee, I had to go back and ask twice before I finally got a hot cup of water.....

I live close by, and frequent often, fast food isn't so fast... Almost 90% of the time I have to pull forward or park and wait additional time for my food. I use a drive thru for a reason, if I wanted to park and wait I would order via app and park and check in! It is clear they care about the service clock more than actual

Had to wait over 15 minutes for food and when food was finally received there was no salt on fries and a hair in the chicken nugget box. Why would there be 3 cashiers and only 1 cook on the grill? I used to go here more frequently, but the quality of food has continously declined in recent visits.

This hands down the worst mcdonalds I have ever stepped foot in
My Double Quarter Pounder Hamburger had cheese on it. Had to take back to the front to correct. Was asked if I wanted just plain burgers with nothing else on the sandwich. I responded 'no', that I wanted the comdiments expressed on the original cook ticket (still attached - Lt Mayo, Lt Mustard, & Lt Ketchup). Corrected in approximately 8 minutes. I walk with a cane, and there was no offer to bring it to my table when prepared. I stood at the front waiting. Secondly, the fries were were tiny/short and hard from the fryer. Additionally, they were severely oversalted. I could not taste ANYTHING BUT the salt. Those of us with high blood pressure usually avoid McDonald's for this reason, however we had granted our grandchildren's wish to visit (for your Play Place). We'll be going to the park after eating out (somewhere else) next time. Lastly, we were given an insufficient amount of cups for the soft drinks ordered. Poor experience!Kid-friendliness: Nice but smaller than the usual McDonald's Play Place. The dirty tables were not cleaned until 20 minutes after we got there. Table cleanliness does not seem to be a priority at this location, as I estimate over half of the tables were dirty in the main restaurant area, and ALL in the Play Place were. I have to question whether the Play Place is disinfected according to any schedule.

I used the McDonald's app to have food brought to my table. I was waiting 25 minutes for my food. until I went to ask the person serving and she told me that the food was there on the counter. I told her that food had already been there for 25 minutes and that I ordered it at the table. 15 minutes later she brought me food incomplete order. very bad service very horrible

It's a McDonald's. The food is garbage, but it's usually out in a reasonable amount of time. The ability to use a kiosk is great since it has pictures of everything. So it helps to make a decision. I usually order from my phone, and that's a real convenient factor as well.
I'm in my 50's and finally learning to take advantage of the apps. No more waiting in line or having to get out of your car . Really enjoy that and the food seems fresher using the app than just ordering on
