We stopped by Milestone Diner for breakfast-for-dinner, and it was a fantastic experience! The service was GREAT — very attentive, personal, and quick. You really feel taken care of here. The atmosphere has that classic old-school diner charm, complete with vintage barstools and a jukebox that adds to the nostalgic vibe. It’s cozy and inviting without feeling outdated. Plus, there’s plenty of parking available — even for big rigs, which is a huge plus for us truckers or anyone with a larger vehicle. Overall, I highly recommend Milestone Diner for anyone craving a friendly spot with great food and genuine hospitality.
The food was excellent! The grits, the home fries and the biscuits were all great!! Wish we had actually gotten a couple more biscuits, to be honest 😅!
This place is a gem! We stopped by on our way to Charleston just to use the restroom, and we ended up staying for breakfast and it was a great experience! The atmosphere is very charming with the 50s vibe including a jukebox that’s functional!
Their food was delicious, especially those homefries, and beautifully priced. So glad we came across this hidden gem, and we’ll definitely be back.
I rarely ever stop at restaurants off Interstate 95 but today I'm so excited that I did at the Milestone Diner. Delicious food and exceptional service from Alyssa. Prices were very good and the portions were enough without waste.
Very delicious food! I ordered the Brightleaf Hot dog and it was the larger links, Ball Park size! My wife had the cheeseburger and my son had the Trucker's Breakfast. The Trucker's Breakfast was very delicious and she said the cheeseburger was delicious also.
Super cute diner. A very welcome change of scenery on a long drive! Food was great, and service was amazing.
On our way home traveling south on I-95, we found this neat little locally owned 50's themed diner. Simple but tasty food at a reasonable price.
Our waitress Tiffany was super nice. Thank you.
We ordered a burger and fries and an omelette. Both meals were very good and the owner and waitress were very nice and accommodating!

My buddy and I stopped in because our car broke down to wait for a friend to pick us up. I did not have any food, but the waitress was very sweet and kind enough to let us cone in and wait for our ride. The coffee was a flavorful and a nice warm drink on the cold day. Thank you!

I am so glad that I saw their sign in the pilot truck stop! After a freezing day, all I wanted was a good home-cooked breakfast... Even though it was 1:00 p.m. the atmosphere was fantastic! Remind me of going with my grandpa to get breakfast at an old-school diner.😁 The atmosphere was joyful with people laughing and having conversations. The staff was amazing! And the food... oh my goodness so hot and tasty! I was able to get two biscuits covered with sausage gravy and buttery hash browns... Fresh and delicious! On your journey I would highly advise to find a mom-and-pop diner like this! Hats off to them 😄

It was terrible. The orange juice was stale, the soup had a strange taste, the dishes were dirty. It's better to stay hungry than to go here.

We just found it by accident traveling back from FL. I may take the hour drive from home just to get the Mile High Sandwich again.
