I hadn't been to this location in a while and I wanted some pizza. I ordered a Lrg Fiery Buffalo pizza and a Philly Papadia. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough sauce on the pizza because it was a little dry. The Philly Papadia was good. I had a taste for something else and it was too late to get it. I gave the food to my daughter and husband. The customer service was good but it was cold inside because the heat doesn't work in the front of the store.

The Heiress
On Saturday my family had a memorial service for my great grandfather who passed away. After the service a lot of us went to my grandmothers to spend time with each other. Around 9:50Pm on 10/4/2025 we placed a delivery order for 2 pizzas over the phone. It was around 10:30pm now and we’re all like “where’s our pizza?” So my mom calls and the man who took the order said he put the order in as a pick up when we clearly stated it was for delivery and gave the address and everything. So he admitted to putting the order in wrong and fixed it for delivery. So we wait and wait , now it’s about 11:00PM and we still have not received our pizza . My mom calls again and was placed on hold for about 5 minutes and no one ever came back to the phone! Around 11:25PM we got a knock on the door and it was a “DoorDash” driver. She had the pizza but when she said the total of the order we were baffled !!!! When we placed the order they told us it’ll be $25.68 for the 2 pizzas. The DoorDash lady said no it says I have to collect $42.71 for this order. So we were not about to pay almost $50 for 2 mediocre pizzas. The lady had to call DoorDash and Door dash called Papa John’s and Papajohns confirmed the total being $42 when our pizza box receipt even said $25.68 and the door dash lady even offered to send them a photo but she was hung up on. We waited almost 2 hours for pizza . Eventually we end up not paying for the pizza we gave the lady a $20 tip because it wasn’t her fault. This place is THE WORST. And Cara or Kara what kind of manager are you ! We called to complain and she didn’t care or offer any type of discount for our next order but it’s cool we will never order from this raggedy place ever again. Y’all should go out of business and Kara should find a new line of work because customer service/management isn’t your thing Hun sorry !!!!

The food was cold and nasty but I put that beside me cause mad my kids where hungry as I’m passing out the pizza I notice a ROACH under one of my slices of pizza as if the dead roach had been sitting in the box and they sat the pizza on top of it and still served it to me and my kids ! Guys do not eat here unless your checking your every bite cause apparently they have roaches

The pizza maker, a bearded fellow looking like a wizard, truly put on a show. His command of the dough was captivating, but his lack of a hairnet suggested he was a purist who believed in adding a personal, all-natural ingredient to every pie. The resulting creation was a culinary mystery, a dish so uninspired it would make Papa John's founder himself demand a refund. Our grand finale was an unplanned test of our patience, as the point-of-sale system had apparently taken the day off, leaving us to wait. All in all, a truly memorable experience I'm actively trying to forget.

The pizza crust has gone down hill over the last 6 months - 1 year. The dough is so thin and gel like, more than likely been sitting on a rack for hours and the yeast is not rising properly. The pizza used to be very good...Will not be back anytime soon...
I got to buy about 10:07 and on Google maps it comes out that they close at 11:30 and they told me it was closed 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I wish I could give no stars! My experience was absolutely horrible! I ordered a small cheese pizza and some boneless honey chipotle wings on the 28th to my job. I was hungry and excited to get my food. Not only did my doordash driver ignore my instructions to come to the area I was in to bring my food , but they also neglected to call me when they arrived like I asked! When I finally got my order I opened it and it was an absolute disappointment. My pizza was burnt and I don’t mean over cooked no….BURNT!!! My wings were not honey chipotle but BBQ and barely had any sauce! U work very hard and all I wanted was a nice meal to enjoy to myself before finishing a hard shift. I contacted doordash and they denied my refund nits been three days of begging them to give me my money back and I know papa johns wont do anything but make my order again and if they make pizza anything like how they did a few days ago that’s not enough either!!!!!! I’m not trying to be ugly but don’t mess with people who are hungry and at work and brim them nasty food!!

Placed an order with DoorDash when I got my food the order was incomplete my dasher was informed that you guys passed the order said it was. I didn’t even receive my pizza at all and cinnamon sticks was a terrible disappointment. My dasher apologized for the inconvenience when I called the store the manger Cara was very nonchalant and lack professionalism !
