The pizza crust has gone down hill over the last 6 months - 1 year. The dough is so thin and gel like, more than likely been sitting on a rack for hours and the yeast is not rising properly. The pizza used to be very good...Will not be back anytime soon...

I got to buy about 10:07 and on Google maps it comes out that they close at 11:30 and they told me it was closed 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I wish I could give no stars! My experience was absolutely horrible! I ordered a small cheese pizza and some boneless honey chipotle wings on the 28th to my job. I was hungry and excited to get my food. Not only did my doordash driver ignore my instructions to come to the area I was in to bring my food , but they also neglected to call me when they arrived like I asked! When I finally got my order I opened it and it was an absolute disappointment. My pizza was burnt and I don’t mean over cooked no….BURNT!!! My wings were not honey chipotle but BBQ and barely had any sauce! U work very hard and all I wanted was a nice meal to enjoy to myself before finishing a hard shift. I contacted doordash and they denied my refund nits been three days of begging them to give me my money back and I know papa johns wont do anything but make my order again and if they make pizza anything like how they did a few days ago that’s not enough either!!!!!! I’m not trying to be ugly but don’t mess with people who are hungry and at work and brim them nasty food!!

Placed an order with DoorDash when I got my food the order was incomplete my dasher was informed that you guys passed the order said it was. I didn’t even receive my pizza at all and cinnamon sticks was a terrible disappointment. My dasher apologized for the inconvenience when I called the store the manger Cara was very nonchalant and lack professionalism !

Walked in to get my pizza. As soon as I came through the door, the man at the counter walked away and stood aloof speaking with another employee. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged for a full five minutes as I stood at the counter. When someone finally came, they told me my online order got sent to a different location, and it happens regularly.
Food seems to be getting lower in quality. Let me be clear, it was made well but the ingredients are a bit sub par lately.

When I pulled up to this store every lazy worker was outside doing I dont kno what ..put I went ahead and ordered simple breadsticks...they all came in 1 by 1 only 1 person washed their hands the others was just walking around ..hands in pockets..chewing gum .. twisting hair touching earbuds etc ...then other people with papa john shirts on came walking in not really looking like they even work there ..i advise to take a look into this matter before I send the health department and the county commissioner as well I have several photos and a video to match

I ordered the pick 2 for 6.99 deal online and actually added another one for a total of 3 items. They called just a few minutes later to tell my wife they were out of wings. She told them to take off the wings no problem. After she hung up she said the price was over 30 dollars. I called someone claiming to be a manager to ask about this. He said that he has no control of the online price. I asked him if I hung up and made the order again it would be the online price. I asked if him he would rather eat food cost than just give me the online price. He said he would just send the same order he was making. At this point I asked if he had a district manager he said yes. I asked for that number he said he didn't have it. (I wasn't going to call them at 11 at night) I found this interesting so I asked if his building caught fire who would he call? He ended up hanging up.Then they show up with my food assuming I would just give in. I explained to the driver what happened and sent him back with the food.
