Dunn, North Carolina store.My husband and I don't eat pizza very often but when we do Papa John's in Dunn is the only place we order from. I have the app and ordered from that. When we got there to pick up our pizza the lobby was packed with angry people waiting for their orders. We weren't even greeted. I went to the counter and gave my name because the app stated our order was ready. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and only said, "No, it's not ready. We're busy and there's only 2 of us back here." and walked away. I went back to my car, waited another 5 or 6 minutes and went back in. I asked again if my pizza was ready. She opened the box and asked if there was supposed to be an extra garlic sauce. I told her yes and she said she wasn't talking to me, she was talking to the gentleman who boxed the pizza.I've worked in the restaurant before and I understand things can get a little crazy at times but she was truly rude. Rude enough for me to leave this review and I never do that.When we got home, the pizza was barely warm. Disappointing to say the least.

I love their crustless pizza bowls. The only issue I have is with their survey. I have filled out a survey twice and when I use the promo code for my free papadias it says it is not valid and no it has not expired. Why offer a free product and waste my time if you are not going to follow through. I may stop at another Papa Johns in the future, but I do not think I will go back to the Dunn location which is very convenient to me.Dietary restrictions: I love their bowls . But they won’t let you add more toppings, even by paying extra for them.

My family are frequent customers with papa John's until today. Dunn store is very rude on the phone when I placed my order and there excuse for being rude when I told them was because they are short staff and only have three people working. I guess we will be going to domino's from here on out.

The guy who confirmed my order went to the back and started putting toppings on uncooked pizzas without washing his hands!!! No one was wearing gloves!
