No management. This is just a hang out for the employees who stay in the kitchen giggling and looking at cell phones. Therefore the service is horrible and the restaurant is not clean.

If I could , I would give the service six stars. It's servers like Ms AnnaBell E who makes it worth coming back to this place. A childhood favorite of mine, I'm happy to see that there are still Pizza Inns around and to be able to share the experience with my kids. Thank you Ms AnnaBell for taking my kids pizza request, and for the exceptional and friendly service. People like you are the reason my kids are I will continue to come back.

I went in there today and the pizza looked over cooked and everything had pepperoni and there was not any variety of pizza and the attitude of employees was disgusted. I had to leave the place. I will never go there again.

Placed order at 12:13, was told it would be 20-25 mins. Pull up at 12:35 and pay, was told 1 piece of my order was still in the oven and it would be a few mins longer. At 12:50 another employee tells me they made a mistake over miscommunication and they don't hv the 1 piece of the order that was in the oven, that they are mkn it now. I wait in their drive thru the entire time. At 1:06 the Mgr brings 1 piece of the order to the window and says he made you extra for waiting. I ask about the remainder of my order as it sat on the shelf and she went and got it. I looked at the chocolate chip pizza and it looked disgusting! I handed it bk to her and she said they'll mk me another! What?! No! No refund for it just being made to either take it or wait. So I take it. I get home and that 1 piece that I waited so long for--missing sauce! So I call and speak with the same Mgr. She says, i don't know what comes with those cause i don't eat them. She suggests I come back to get it. I explain to her that I'm over it with pizza inn today and will not be returning. She then suggest that I return later in the week to get the order remade. 0/10 for food, service, quality and customer service. The chocolate chip pizza is hard as a rock and looks like they dumped an entire bag of chocolate chips on the pizza after it was baked. Not at all the experience I hv ever had here.

I used Door Dash. I live in Benson and wanted to try a different pizza place. The pizza was the worse. My salad looked like it was thrown in the box. I was scared to even try it. I will not give them a second chance. I should looked at these reviews before I tried them out but instead went with the door dash review which was good.
