Service was pleasant, but the food and just entire building was awful. Food was not even hot, salad bar was not cold, not alot of variety at all. Not to mention after I ate here I was feeling sick for the rest of the night. AVOID!

We’ve been going there a long time and when Pam was the manager food was always hot and buffet was always full and staff was very nice and on point since she left and was fired it’s awful food on buffet is cold and hardly any pizza on it staff is terrible you have to ask for a refill and to remove plates off table carpet is filthy they have a sanitation grade of a B and we drive from Raleigh to eat there but will never go backThe owner and his wife have no business trying to run a restaurant at all should have not fired Pam she was the back bone of the establishment

They have an 84 sanitation rating, tried to place an order for my mother, online says they close at 10, but I was told they close at 9. It’s going down hill fast, last time I went to pick up an order for my mother here, an employee was vaping in the kitchen area.

My family has been coming to pizza inn for a very long time. Up until they changed managers, it was wonderful. Never had an empty pizza pan on the buffet, service was always outstanding. However, after manager left, it’s been down hill. Food is cold ( when it’s even on buffet) always empty pizza pans. Food is lacking in flavor. I don’t like Domino’s or Little Cesar’s because of the lack of flavor and this pizza inn is right there with them. Service is horrible. They don’t refill your cups until called over to be told to. We will never go back again

Stopped in to eat supper for the first time and was not impressed. Pizza is not good. Cold food. The spaghetti sauce tasted like old tomato paste. The pizza is equivalent to the worst cheap frozen pizza in a store. Salad bar is not the best but not the worst. Paid $15 with a drink. Totally not worth it. I won't be back.

I was so disappointed with the food Pizza In. Is usually so good. We tried to eat buffet but the waitress told us that they had to wait and let everything get gone on buffet bar we arrived at 6:30 pm dinner time. The pizza was cold the spaghetti and lasagna was cold and not even done all the way through… we stayed there for 30 minutes and no hot pizza was brought out to the bar. The waitress kept apologizing but acted like she couldn’t tell us why everything was so bad and seemed to have no management standing by. Guys cooking pizza where to busy looking at there Cell Phone and noticed a Sanitation grade “B”… Terrible Experience

The food was good but it was cold on the floor where the stand sets with the pizza on it it is cold you eat it cold you're not satisfied but you have to pay full price for it anyway if you can't keep it cold there's no sense of serving it the waitress was good she was nice that's what I like in a waitress be a nice to her customers to be seated to have the drinks and the tea there waiting for you or they bring it to you.Dietary restrictions: If you go to the place and eat the pizza has to be hot for you to eat it not cold every time I went the pizza was cold like I said it's a good place to eat but they just need to keep the pizza hot not cold cold you're not satisfied with what you eat if I want cold pizza I'd stayed at home but I like to service it's in a good place they just need to keep it hot.

Before I tell u the bad I do have to give credit where credit is due. The lady who took my order over the phone was so helpful and polite wish I could say that about management.Picked up order and the box the pizza was in was nasty on the outside and inside the pizza was just thrown in the box and folded over. We took it back and told manager. Just asked for a refund the prep station was even nasty. Been coming here since pizza inn came to dunn over 30+ yrs ago. Never seen it this bad. Miss Mrs. Pam and her son. She was always so friendly with staff and customers if something was wrong she made it right without an attitude about it . Manager she has an attitude if u complain she acts like it's a problem u complain. Like u have no right to complain. Much as I dislike Little Ceasars pizza I will definitely go there before I ever go back to pizza in unless someone else stays in and run it way it use to be ran.

Service was great! Food on the other hand, there was none. Salad wasn’t filled, had to scrape up lettuce after waiting for refill. Only pizzas they kept putting out were cheesy bread and taco. After making a request we ended up not even getting any due to others grabbing for it. Ended up paying, leaving and grabbing food elsewhere ?
